Red Zone

Normally the food is great, but I'm really tired of ordering a fried chicken sandwich and receiving two chicken tenders thrown on a bun with a pile of mayonnaise. It's unsatisfying and rude to be charged for something I did not order. if I wanted chicken tenders, I would have ordered that.

Gave Me Food Poisoning, ended up throwing up the entire night after dinner after eating there that night.

We go here fairly often - at least 1 - 2 times a month. The food is usually very good, and the service is usually quick. Employees have always been very nice.

The food took forever to get to us we waited around 30 minutes for the appetizers and almost 49 minutes to get the food the service was amazing but the food coming out was kinda poor

Great fish and chips! Fries weren't cooked well enough for my liking, but the fish was great and generous portions!

We love going to this local restaurant. We've gotten several things on the menu and have never been disappointed.

Food is okay. Service is slow when they get moderately busy. If you like sports they have a bunch of TV's throughout the restaurant and small bar area.

Fly's all over the place, they said they were out of multiple food items. We both got sweet tea and when it came to our first refill, she said they were out of tea. Our fries were room temperature and soft like they had been sitting in the kitchen.

We came in for wing night today and found out that since the reopen from the remodel they no longer have a traditional wing night. There were 7 of us and we decided to stay anyway. The place looks much nicer visually but it was freezing in the dining room! We seriously wore our coats during dinner. Now that things are fresh inside you should clean with a clean rag. All the wall pics and tables have been cleaned with a greasy rag and there is a film on the glass and tables. The food was cold, orders were wrong and this will be our last visit

Their sound system is terrible and everyone there acts like it doesn't echo. When I arrived it was ok but the waitress turned on the home theater and the sound bar echoed the entire time. It was worse when the commercials came on. They had the 2 TV's at the bar volume turned on and it caused the echo. The back restaurant are echoes too. I brought it to the attention of Steve and he was confused and did nothing. I won't be returning.
