Red Pepper Deli

Quick & simple yet so tasty!Was greeted quickly and given recommendations based on what I like. The food came out fast and was delicious. It's hard to do simple things incredibly good, but they nailed it. Sweet tea was also divine.

Best little deli in Louisville, great quality sandwiches, huge menu, friendly folks. This is a go-to locallunch spot for my friends and family.Salads are also great!Pro tip: call for soups of the day

This is a favorite of my teen niece so I had to check it out. First time there I tried the BLT. Surprise! Instead of plain mayo it was slathered with cucumber dressing. OMG so delicious! My niece always gets the farfalle pasta salad. She was coming over to help me with some painting and as a surprise I picked up a double portion so she could take the leftovers home with her. Well she forgot and I tried it the next day. Not being a great lover of leftover pasta salad I was hesitant. Another OMG! The pasta wasn't mushy and the flavors were yummy. Ok so enough about the food although grab a cookie or brownie for dessert because they're amazing too. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Decor nothing to write home about, but the food and staff are the best!

Red Pepper is pretty good. That is, if you like sandwiches and soups. They've got a pretty good selection of both. They also have other sides dishes like pastas, pimento cheese, and even banana pudding. The food here is pretty good and the counter service is simple enough. lots of seats, with a lot bar style that face the parking lot. Think more McAllisters than Subway. The hours get kind of strange, so I'd look them up beforehand. Do t bother going g on Sundays, as they're closed.

This staff is so patient and helpful. Oh my goodness. If I lived here, I would frequent this place alot. The sweet cashier helped me out so much as my first time here. My family got the kids pizza which they graciously made cheese only and I was able to buy goldfish and kids drink separately for my toddler who wouldn't eat a full meal but make a fuss about not getting what big sister got as far as her favorite drink and goldfish lol. We also got the Rufus and valley veg wrap. Both were great. The shop is very cozy and it was clean. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

Deli has lots of Sandwhich and salad options, friendly staff, efficient service, sampling options to help select a salad. Pretty straight forward dining room, we opted to sit outside. I had the locomotive sandwich which was a panini pressed roast beef. Tasty, however lettuce wilted which was a bit of a letdown, I might have preferred a sturdier green that could better withstand the heat of the press or remove it altogether

1000% rec this place over and over again. I am determined to try EVERY sandwich!! Best sandwiches I've ever had!

Always fresh and delicious. They have been great with substitutions. The tuna melt is one of my favorites . They do take the time to take your order accurately and to be polite so sometimes you have to wait a bit. You order at the counter and someone brings your food to you.

A group of friends and I stopped at the Red Pepper Deli for a quick dinner. The prices are quite reasonable for the size of sandwich and sides that you receive. Everyone seemed to enjoy their sandwiches. No one was blown away, but they were good. The potato salad was excellent. ...The reason for the 2 stars is because there was a blonde strand of hair in the first bite of the 2nd half of my sandwich. It was melted into the cheese and quite long. I could not eat another bite after that, and wouldn't go back because of it.

Food was amazing. Store is literally fucking freezing though. Extremely cold and uncomfortable. Service was fine.
