Red Apple Cafe

I was greeted and seated fairly quickly. Lisa was my server/waitress. She was friendly and paid attention to details. When she served my breakfast, she said, "something's missing." It was the hash browns. She brought that to me shortly after that. Kept coffee refilled as i dined. Good food- eggs over hard, ham slice, hash browns, sourdough toast( i can't find that often!). Choice of creamers for my coffee, and she brought a small bowl filled with them. She brought ketchup for the hash browns when she served them without having to ask. Orange marmalade was great on the sourdough toast. She also brought me an extra spoon when i asked, as the one I had I was using for marmalade, needed one for coffee. I dined on a Saturday morning after a busy work week, felt like treating myself.

Met with My mom and sister. Arrived and was seated in a as requested comfortable table and chairs. The parking was Handicap accessible. The waitress KYA greeted us and took drink orders. The drinks were delivered quickly. We ordered and had are food hot and as ordered within 10 minutes. Coffee was hot, food was hot. The dining room was clean and comfortable.

I was excited to try out Red Apple Cafe and they did not disappoint! Service was great, and they were bumping on this Saturday morning for our party of 11. The staff were so nice and helpful. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed our breakfast. I learned that there is a room and if it's available you can make a reservation for your group. I am so thankful (as I am from out of town) to have had such a nice breakfast out with family, relaxing, great prices, and great service! Thank you!!

You can look through my yelp and tell that I do not give one stars hardly at all! I always give the benefit of the doubt. This place was horrible. We had no wait to get a table. There were a few tables open. Seemed like a nice place. Got our drinks and looked over the menu. We ordered 1 omelet, 1 skillet and 1 waffle. After waiting over 45 minutes we were getting restless. We told them we didn't have time to wait any longer. They presented us with a bill for food that they still didn't have ready. I paid the $44.44 and said I find it wild that you would charge me for food that we waited almost an hour for and you never brought. They basically just blinked and stared. Oh yeah, and swiped my card. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I can't rate the food but the coffee was as blah and as boring as coffee gets.

This was our first visit here. We made a reservation for a party of 12. The team did a nice job of accommodating our party in a side room.This facility is a little dated in appearance though the place is clean. The host and waitress staff hustle to get you seated and served. The waitress was very friendly and did her best to serve our large group - well done!For lunch I had the tenderloin dinner. This is apparently very different from the tenderloin sandwich. The dinner came with two sides. I choose the Cole slaw and side salad. The Cole slaw was very good - nice and fresh and creamy. Definitely recommend. The salad was a nice size and very fresh as well. It had a nice compliment of side vegetables along with the lettuce base. It also had a nice amount of shredded cheese on top. The honey mustard dressing was probably purchased as it was thick, dark and a bit tart. It didn't pour very easily on the salad.The tenderloin was very good. It was moderately thin without being beat to thin. The breading was also moderately thick without being too thick. The breading was not overly greasy and had a small amount of flavor/spice. The waitress warned me that the tenderloin came with a brown gravy - not what I was expecting. I said no to that. I asked for the regular type of toppings - all of which were fresh and ample for the size of patty. They don't have horseradish - a little odd for a tenderloin. The dinner also did not come with a bun - odd again.Red Apple does some things nicely. It appears that they do a strong breakfast business. Give them a try!

Breakfast was good. Service was great! Servers were super nice and coffee was flowing!They were very busy but food came quickly. It's a clean place. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because the syrup dispensers need to be replaced! The top came off and syrup went all over our clothes and table. It was a huge mess! Got as cleaned up and we could. The next syrup bottle was almost as bad. It's a small thing, but shows a lack of investment in quality.

I have only tried this place when our business orders a to go order for up to 10 people and they always do a great job of making sure to put names on every meal and also the food is very good for breakfast.

Great food and service. Went based on yelp rating and it didn't disappoint. Recommend it

Always good service. Can get busy on weekends due to proxy to Ball State. Omelettes, club sandwiches always good

Passing through Muncie, went because of Yelp rating.I ordered Spanish Omelette, I could not even taste any chorizo sausage, service was slow not very friendly.The facility was dated and tired.
