Rays BBQ

Great food all around. Enjoyed the pastrami brisket sandwich and ribs and pulled pork.

I was a bit skeptical and almost judged a book by its cover, and so glad I didn't. It's in the corner of a shopping center with no windows, but as soon as you open that door a fantastic smoked aroma hits you and welcomes you in. The staff was super awesome and helpful. More importantly, the food was everything you want. Great flavor. The ribs were firm, but pulled off the bone with little resistance. The pork was flavorful and juicy. Their chips are great as a table snack. I will absolutely be back to this little hidden gem.

I have been here a few times and it has yet to disappoint. The food is always great with a fresh taste. The weekly specials are worth trying as they add different options. It's always a tough choice when I come here as it is always good! Brisket tacos, the pulled pork, sausage, pastrami, ribs... it's all good! The staff is always friendly and outgoing! Even thought the outside isn't much, the restaurant is always clean and well lit inside - anyone who knows the bbq joints down south, you never judge a bbq restaurant by its looks! Definitely worth a try, you will be hooked too!

We live near Rays and are super excited to have them in the neighborhood. We had the pulled pork Mac and cheese as well as the ribs and the brisket Mac and cheese. My son also got the pulled pork sandwich. It was all super good and I'd much rather support a small business like this than a large establishment. I'd really like to see them have sliced brisket as opposed to chopped but I'm sure their menu will mature as they get bigger. One of the things I like the most is being able to smell the bbq from my house. Welcome to the neighborhood!!

Wow!!!! Limited hours but a true local gem!!! You can eat in or takeout...eat local - this BbQ rocks!! Can wait to try more...brisket tacos were ridiculously good...and ribs were amazing!

We had the brisket and pork sandwiches. It is so juicy and tender. Amazing BBQ flavor. The baked beans and coleslaw great as well. I liked the addition of the different beans. We also had the chips which has a rub on them before they're bake. Excellent when paired with the sweet bbq sauce. I had a sample of the hot sauce which is vinegar based and I'll get next time. Just not in the mood for hot sauce today. All in all an amazing BBQ joint. One of the best in the region.
