Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The chicken fingers are crispy, soft, and long. The fries are curly, crispy, and soft and just the right amount of saltiness. The bread is also soft and supple. The coleslaw is the right amount of sauce and veggies. The service is fast and friendly. The workers are also nice and chill. The ambiance is warm, nice, and airy. The outdoor seating is also really good!

First time trying a Raising Cane's establishment and was left with the thought I should try again. They are not currently in my area of VA. One opened in Richmond first of the year. The counter service was magnificent! I received assistance for a first timer getting a large chicken fingers & fries combo with bread and fountain drink. The food came out in minutes. The dining room was adequate size and mostly clean. The outdoor seating area was a hit on a sunny weekday afternoon. I chose a booth to set in. The meal was the correct temperature, the soda good. The main chicken fingers needed the accompanying sauce or ketchup. I found it a bit greasy, but crispy and pretty good. The crinkle fries good. The overall meal hits average for me. After finishing a manager checked on me as I was clearing my tray off in the trash. He gave me some company history and explained they may be a chain, but strong local founding. This was a positive interaction, but placement still seems best left at a 3.5, rounding down. I likely will return next time in the area.

Great food the chicken is always tender and got the crunch. The Texas toast is the perfect balance between crisp and garlic and I love it. The golden fry's are to die for too. Very clean, very friendly staff, and very good food. I recommend it if your in the area.

Very clean and well organized establishment. We received our food in a very timely manner and was cooked to perfection. Will be back to visit this location.

I am docking it two stars because I feel that it is overpriced and has very little flavor or seasoning, the Caniac sauce is almost a necessity but shouldn't be.The fries and the little toast are rock solid.

Tried this for the first time the other day. Ordered the chicken strip sandwich and fries. The chicken itself was decent. Fries are run of the mill crinkle fries. The thing I didn't like is that they only have one dipping sauce. Their own homemade canes dipping sauce. It is similar to a honey mustard but not as good. I would rate higher if they had more options. I prefer Joella's over canes any day but we don't have them in this area. Service was good here however. I doubt I'll visit very often but that's just due to personal taste

Great food, weird atmosphere. Music is too loud for me and the disco balls are over stimulating. Friendly staff. Recommend drive thru

The food and service were very good. The raising Cane's club card is absolutely useless. You never get anything for it. What a waste.

Restaurant is clean and the vibe is awesome! The man who took my order was super nice and gave me canes sauce on the house when I went back up to order some extra! 10/10 best canes I've been to!
