Queen City Sausage is a family owned Cincinnati company with so much history! They have lots of great products that can be obtained all over the city including Kroger and Jungle Jims! Many restaurants also serve their products. Together with Camp Washington Chili they even created the 513 way featuring a 5way with goetta!!! Some of their token products include Deli Meats, Goetta, Sausage, Metts, Hot Metts, Bratwurst, Hot Dogs, Sausage, and Cottage Ham. They stick to beef and pork products. My favorite items are their Goetta, and their smoked hot cheese sausage. The meats are quality and have great flavor! Prices are reasonable! As an added bonus these guys are very active on social media and one of my favorite things is their recipes. They frequently post new and creative ways to use their products, created by one of their staff members! I have personally tried some of these recipes and they are amazing! I hear this is also a great place to work... with many lunch time perks (no joke). Got to support those great local businesses that take great care of their staff and care about the community they operate in!

If you haven t tried QC products you are seriously missing out. Some products are very hard to find but it is worth the search. My FAVS are ... Boneless Ham is the second best I have ever eatenMetts (Smoked Sausage) Awesome, Leona is to die for, Ring Bologna has the flavor I remember as a childPickle Loaf, Wow my baby daughter even loves this stuffFor some idiotic reason, Kroger discontinued most of the lunchmeats to bring in Boar s Head. Granite BH started out with a bang and I still savor the Braunschweiger (or however it is spelled). But BH has since cheapened their products I think. One thing for sure the Bologna took a dive!!!Back to Queen City... QC ONLY uses top quality meats. I cannot tell you how I know this, but IT IS FACT! Elmer the owner is a grumpy old man but never bowed to industry standards to cheapen the products he makes in order to make more money at the consumer s expense. No MSC, No Soy, No added Fats that can be labeled as meat big industry, No crapy meat, No imported meat. I true old-fashioned style and standard.Ham is nearly impossible to find, Lunchmeats are limited but can be found at a few Kroger s, Meijers, Remke Biggs, Metts Most anywhere in the area. Try the Metts and you will taste the quality and care put into making them!!! I received nothing in return for writing this review. Just want people to realize what QC has to offer. If only the products were more readily available.
