This is the real deal - downtown Troy Ohio coffee shop and small food menu and pastries.I love having coffee 'in', served up and enjoy the aromas.

The best 3rd wave coffee roaster in the area, and the best food of any coffee shop in the area.PC currently uses V60 and Chemex brewers, though they also serve batch brew and create many new espresso drinks (not using single origin beans for espresso currently). Their cortados are excellent!The food is amazing: giant breakfast sandwich, or bison burger, roasted sweet potatoes, or breakfast plate, and a plethora of baked goods.Because PC partners with local growers and bakers, the prices for food are higher than prepackaged generic food. Read the menu and ask questions. I believe the prices are fair to support local businesses.The baristas are friendly and helpful if you have questions. They typically get a little crowded on weekends, but early risers will have the place to themselves.

This was an absolute great surprise when I first started working in Troy. Really enjoyed the people and the coffee is excellent. The cherry cheesecake pop tarts are by far my favorite. I really haven't got to try the other ones, because my work is seasonal there. Top-notch marketing online as well. No reason not to go to downtown Troy and enjoy all of the things that they have on the menu. Excited to try the new breakfast options that they have.

I got an iced caramel latte and a Bundt cake. The latte was very bitter and an odd taste, I couldn't even finish it. The Bundt cake was the best one I've had in a while. 0/10 Coffee10/10 Pastries

My wife and I stopped in for tea and a goodie after lunch down the street, and we were not disappointed. The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the tea and hot cocoa were very nice. We shared a house-baked scone and is was yummy. the interior is large and there a lots of cozy tables to pick from. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

This is my favorite coffee shop to go to! The inside is so fun and welcoming. The service is always friendly and the coffee is always delicious.

I feel like it's a very modern and classy surprise but my only criticism is the music gives club versus coffee shop and it's quite loud. The coffee is strong and the baked goods are divine, especially the earl gray scone.

Husband brought the family here to try something new and get mom(me) yummy coffee.This place looks very clean upon entry. They were all very friendly while got the orders of a family of 6 all togather. We got coffee cake, red velvet cream cheese muffin, blueberry muffin, chocolate bundt cake, pour over coffee, 2 hot chocolates and a rootbeer. We ate them all at home ans thry were excellent. Not dry, not over sweet.Coffee was super smooth (it was my first pour over and it is definitely a do again), the hot chocolate was so smooth (the kids even said it tasted different,super good).

Great coffee and service!! Worth the stop for sure!! Try a vanilla lavender latte (trust me!)

The service was absolutely fantastic! I got a honey, lavender latte, and it is the best one I think I've ever had. The shop itself is very cute and gives off the perfect coffee shop Aura! Highly recommend, if you are in Troy, Ohio!
