I ordered 10 Smoked Wings with Mac n Cheese from Prime BBQ Somkehouse a few hours ago and it took 1.5 hours for the order to be ready for pickup. I called the delivery driver and he said that he'd been waiting there for almost an hour.When I called to speak to a manager, the young lady who answered the phone said that no manager or assistant manager was available. When I asked to speak to who was running the shift, she said that she was the only employee in the entire restaurant. When I mentioned the issue, she lied and said that the order was ready and hung up on me. I can confirm that this wasn't true because Grubhub updated the delivery time 3 times and I spoke with the driver.The food itself wasn't good. The dry rub wings barely had seasoning and the chicken was rubbery because they use foam takeout containers, which have no vents. Their wings essentially steam in their cheap containers. This place is awful. I do not recommend anyone going to this poorly run establishment with nonexistent customer service.

Ordered to go, I think the food for the price and quality is very good deal, will definitely visit again! I enjoyed cornbread and wish I would've ordered a full order for more pieces. The Mac and cheese is okay, I prefer thicker cheese sauce and more baked Mac and cheese. The wings and rib tips had good smoked flavor.

I don't ever see this place posted but it was delicious! The prices are very good ! They have family packs and small specials - you can eat in or take to go ! I got the 4 pack of sliders which was 11.99 and came with a side . Their Mac & cheese is good and creamy . The potato wedges I added on extra - they were okay but I wouldn't get them again . Richie's or Lee's are definitely better. The sliders I got were pulled chicken , pulled pork & 2 brisket. The bbq is sweet and pickles come on the sandwich. They also have 2 other sauces . The pulled chicken had a seasoning on it that was so good . If you're in Monroe checking out the traders world like I was I definitely recommend checking it out. !The service was excellent even tho the employee was definitely new !

Having dined both with Prime BBQ and it's Doordash brand Glory Wings, I have thoughts!First, your order will be more accurate with Prime BBQ. We were missing 2 items (including potato salad) with our Glory Wings order.But, the same deliciousness at both brands!Glory Wings: THE BEST SMOKED WINGS in the area, hands down! So good, so difficult to eat, but worth it. Don't think we were able to select a sauce, but the wings are so flavorful they don't really need one.Prime BBQ: Best brisket around! Even better than my fav, Mission BBQ. Kinda the same gist here. The dish is so delectable, you almost don't need sauce. Though I wish their sauce selection was larger... The sides are very good. Do not sleep on the bakes beans! They look meh, but taste fantastic, and I don't usually like baked beans.Either brand you chose to order from, best to order, and not go in person. Service was apathetic and like pulling teeth.Food? 5 starService coupled with sauce selection and missing items on order? make it 3-4 star.

I have tried eating here several times over the last year. Here iis my conclusion:If you like limp, soggu, grease filled french fries, this is your place. If you like mediocre side dishes, this is your place. If you like dry, tough sausage that is precoolked sitting in a pan, this is your place. If you like tough dry brisket, this is your polace. This is NOT a place to go for people who like good barbeque food. It is mediocre at best.

Honestly over all a good place to eat. Prices are kinda high but it's good food. They have an alcohol license but kinda small selection of drinks. They have very familiar and fun staff. Wish they stayed open a little later tho kinda bummed on that. I would recommend I getting the half or whole chicken.

I live in Monroe but never tried the place. My orders included the rib tips, kickin brisket bowl, jerk chicken bowl, collard greens, and rib tips. The rib tips were delicious. The brisket bowl was yummy. The collard greens were okay. The jerk chicken bowl was very tasty...until I found a hair in it. 4 stars if my meal didn't have the hair.

Love this restaurant! Brisket is so tender and great flavor! I normally eat pulled pork at bbq restaurants and it is very good here but the brisket is just my favorite here! Husband gets the bbq chicken and Mac & cheese- never disappointed!Definitely recommend!
