Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food was amazing as always! The restaurant was well kept and clean!My only gripe is their mobile order service at the in-store was poor. Another customer and I stood at the pickup shelves at our pickup times and no one bothered to help. It took them ten minutes to come by and ask what my order was. When they went back to check the order status, I could see he mouthed a swear word to himself. I don't mind staff doing that but it was clear that he didn't make my order and also disregarded that the other customer was there. Overall, I'm disappointed in their service and hope they do better next time.

I'm My husband raves about Popeyes, he typically gets it when he is out of town, but we've never lived near one. Decided to order it two nights ago. I debated leaving a review because I don't often do that for fast food type places- but this was so particularly bad.. I felt I needed to.We ordered two flavors of wings. Honey BBQ and Signature Hot. We ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, A blackened chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon, a large Mac and a large mashed potato with Cajun gravy. Let's start off with- WINGS: one of the sets of wings- the signature hot- we didn't get. We got a sweet and spicy instead. The sticky sauce was all over the outside of the box.. which had finger prints on it. So that's gross. The wings were nothing more than bones with batter on them. I don't know if their supplier gives them scrawny chickens but I am not kidding when I say it was all flavored batter. SANDWICHES: They didn't give us a spicy. Just an original. It was fine, nothing special.. but not what we ordered. The blackened chicken was good- they forgot the bacon we paid extra for to have on the sandwich.. MAC N CHEESE: Two words- burnt brown. I have never had brown Mac n cheese. It tasted awfulPOTATOES: They were good. I liked the gravySAUCES: We paid over 4.00 for five sauces.. they didn't give us. They didn't even give us the ones we were allowed to choose. 1/6. One out of six things were right, technically one out of eleven if you count the five sauces. I doubt we will go back- and few mistakes is one thing, but how dirty the bag was, how uncaring they were about how they slopped things into containers, the food itself being over cooked and not edible (the wings) and the lack of care for getting the order right... isn't an accident. It just isn't.

Today is 12/28/2024. Me and my husband went to Popeyes in tylersville in Westchester. We live in Cincinnati drove all the way to this restaurant simply because I eat here twice a week for lunch. Today was my worse experience ever. I was in there with only one customer that was waiting for there food. We placed our order. With the front end register lady horrible nasty attitude didn't take our money walked away thinking she have already took the money. I asked what are we waiting for after 5min. Of waiting another lady walked over and said it didn't go threw, I said she never took the money. Mind u. A family of seven walked in 6 kids gurls. And I believe there father. He placed there order. Still waiting for ours. Now we sitting there for another 10min. And there bringing there order individually to them. The man spoke up and said what he was missing. To us. And if they turn there music down in the kitchen they would be able to get orders right. Mind u me and my husband still there waiting for our 2 five piece spicy and mild 2 red beans rice 2 mashed potato. 3 peppers. 2 apple pies. Thee other kids ask us how they get there food before us I stated 8 have no ideal. Now there bringing up two other orders for the other out of 7. Man gets upset and walked out and left the kids in there. I get up and asked how long will it be for my order. They all stated from the kitchen we waiting for your apple pies. I stated we'll I've been here waiting for now 25min. Waiting for my food and apple pies. The family of seven finally were leaving stating we came here from Dayton this is horrible. I stated we came from Coleraine ave. 26min away actually. For cold chicken hard biscuits two cold apple pies. And forgot to put my peppers in the bag also. I'm highly upset about this. I drove passes 2 or 3 Popeyes chicken to come to this one. And it was the most horrible food and time of my day. They all need to be fired honestly. ​​
