Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Pleasant young man at the window took my order, cashed me out and handed me food - quickly received my food! I love the honey lemon pepper wing sauce it is fire. Only disappointment is the portion of red beans & rice side. I know portion tools are involved, but it's seriously skimpy for the cost margin. It's yummy but that's literally five bites of rice and mainly red bean sauce.

While the food I received was decent, the service in the drive-thru was not. I ordered the wing meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. Also ordered a side of beans with rice and 2 extra biscuits. We did not receive the beans with rice because they were not rung up. The biscuits were not fresh. We seem to always have issues when using the drive-thru at Popeye's. It's too bad because Popeye's really does have a good product we prefer when it's done properly

I went to Popeyes Englewood for the first time, They were out of mashed potatoes an gravy, were out of cole slaw. How can a chicken house be out of mashed potatoes an cole slaw at 4:30pm on a saturday? They substituted fries which i had to pull around an wait 10 minutes for.The chicken was'nt bad though, I'll never visit this location again.

This is my second visit to Popeyes chicken in Englewood. Very frustrated after seeing a commercial advertising and going in and being told they no longer have that special the very day I saw the add. The last time I was in I ordered two dinners with extra sides at the drive thru and when I got home they left the extra sides out.This location needs training and focus. After I went back and shared my experience with the manager they refused to do anything about it unless I provided a receipt. I think I'm done going to this Popeyes.

We stopped in for lunch around 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. We decided to walk in. I will never understand how a business will allow customers to stand and wait for 3-4 minutes before taking an order & payment... Anyway, we specifically wanted this food--or so we thought. Commercials made it sound like there were 2 new flavors but it turned out that it's really only 1 flavor (ghost pepper) with or without sauce. We were hungry so we stayed. Here's the rundown from our experience:- spicy chicken sandwich was good, as were the fries and mashed potatoes- biscuit was fantastic- fried chicken was small serving for the money, but tasty- Only one non-sugar drink option (Diet Coke)- restaurant was sufficiently clean and not too busy and not too slow

Went there today 5-12-2023 to try their classic chicken sandwich. I ordered two combo meals. I kept hearing that their chicken sandwich was as good as Chick-fil-a. I was so disappointed. I wish me and my husband would of ate inside so I could get my money back. Both of our sandwiches had raw chicken. Englewood, Ohio Popeyes is awful and the health department should shut that place down. Do not eat there !!!!!

After waiting for 30 minutes in the Wendy's drive-thru down the road, I'm glad that I came here instead.The service was fast, the food was hot, and overall great experience.Good stuff.

I don't eat Popeyes every often, and now, I'll probably never eat there again. My order: 3 pc spicy chicken. Beans and rice. Sweet tea.What I received: 2 pc blackened. Mashed potatoes. Water (with no ice)...Staff seem pretty incompetent.

I don't know what happened to this place but it has gone downhill from its opening to now. My husband and I went there Friday afternoon (8-26-2022) and ordered the popcorn shrimp and two-piece chicken tenders. The "popcorn shrimp" was more like shrimp-flavored popcorn batter that tasted overcooked or refried. You could still see the oil shimmering on them! The tenders were tough and looked either refried or sitting in the heater too long. The only redeeming dish we ate was the mashed potatoes and gravy and our beverages!This seems to be an issue with most of these fast food places today. Just because inflation is crippling things doesn't mean that the quality of food has to suffer. What we received from this Popeyes is inexcusable. Until they get new management and perhaps employees that care, we say avoid this Popeyes at all costs. Go to the one on Springboro Pike or the one on Miller Lane since they just opened up and the familiarity hasn't set in yet.
