Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

If you expect everything you paid for or food safety rules to be followed, expect to get called an "A$$hole" by the store's manager. The store ran out of food and didn't fulfill my order. While talking to the manager I was shocked to see how unsanitary the kitchen was, completely lost my appetite. The manager wouldn't refund my money or provide what I ordered. She told me to complain to corporate and called me an "A$$hole". In the end, I couldn't eat the food they did provide as the store is not safe, so it didn't matter I didn't get my food. After complaining to Popeyes corporate I came to understand her attitude. Corporate simply didn't care.Although the new Popeyes chicken sandwiches are pretty good, avoid this store like the plague, expect unsanitary, unsafe, in the process of not filling your order.

This is my first review of any restaurant on here just to start things off. I had such a bad experience that I felt compelled to write a review as a warning to other fellow people who might want chicken. Do not go here. I love Popeyes, I ordered $30 worth of food with my GF and it took forever to even get service at front counter, even though we had a mobile order. After 5-7 min we finally get our food. We get to our home which is 15 minutes away just to find out that they completely messed up the entire order. We got 6 sandwiches when we ordered two, and of the 6 sandwiches they all weren't what we even ordered. I then try to call the store, and no one picks up. Figures. So I have to drive back 15 minutes to get my order corrected. They assure me that everything on my order is now correct and usher me out the door. I looked through the order and the fries looked right so I assumed they were done making a bunch of mistakes for literally no reason. I get home once again, eating the fries, and I open up my sandwich which I have now ordered TWICE as NO MAYO AND NO PICKLES has MAYO ON THERE. There's actually no excuse, there is 12 people on the floor back there, there are boxes lined into the kitchen from the back doors. It just screams that nobody gives a single little bit, so you will never get my business at this store again. And whoever the manager was that is on shift for the 7:30-8 pm timeframe should seriously be informed about what giving out consecutive wrong orders to the same people does to their satisfaction rates and their customer clientele. Honestly haven't had such an annoying experience in such a long time. TLDR: IF YOU WANT CHICKEN, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE. IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STARS I WOULD.
