Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Is this Mac & cheese? I'm grossed out. It took 25 minutes to get my order & this is what I get ....

Shared fried chicken with my wife and it was great. Also had red beans and rice and the biscuit was out of this world.

Kudos to not only the attentive staff at this location, but to the management. Staff efficiency is a direct result of management, and clearly everyone here is concerned with a positive customer experience. As Northern Kentucky transplants from New Orleans, Popeye's was always a "little taste of home" for us. Unfortunately, during the past 10+ years we've been here, the NKY and Cincy-area Popeye's restaurants have gone from Ok to mediocre to just bad. BUT.... This new location is like the "good ol' days" in N'Awlins. Our customer experience was absolutely top notch. We were greeted immediately upon entering by a friendly employee at the counter who took our orders politely and efficiently. The food came out almost immediately. The chicken was piping hot and delicious. Juicy and with the perfect amount of spice, just as it should be. The sides were excellent. The dining room was bright and - more importantly - clean. The beverage station was clean and well-stocked with lids, straws, napkins, etc. i'm a tea drinker and the iced tea at most fast-good places is simply godawful. The freshly-brewed tea here was exactly that: freshly brewed. No two-day-old-rancid-dishwater here. I give this Popeye's two thumbs up, and if I had another pair of hands, it would get all four thumbs up. I realize this is a fairly new location. I sincerely hope the management will stay on top of this place. It's a true gem and we will not only be returning for our regular "Popeye's fix", but we'll definitely be recommending this location to anyone and everyone who wants great fried chicken in a customer-oriented atmosphere.

Every time that I go here they "forget something." To put things into a manager's perspective, if you hit a quota of inventory, you get a large bonus that month. I am sure they are "forgetting things" to get that manager bonus, it wouldn't be the first time I have seen a manager pull this.When returning after noticing food was missing, they opened my large fry (which I didn't consider had anything wrong with) and it was half full, they topped it off. Strange, almost like they knew they skimped us. They also forgot an entire chicken sandwich, and 3 other orders of fries. This isn't the first time it has happened. The last time they "forgot" one cheesecake and one apple pie. Every time we go here their fries are flaccid and not at all crisp (so I am sure that they are either undercooked, or the oil is not up to heat). After they gave us everything, this short girl with black hair had a massive attitude and was rude (I can assure you I didn't instigate anything as a large believer in karma and loving thy neighbor). It was degrading just having them correct an order they had wrong, there was no apology or incentive for what in reality is petty theft if you paid for it. It's scary to think they handle the food, it's scarier to think they don't acknowledge their mistakes. I'd be infuriated if I was the business owner of this franchise store's location.It's a shame because the place is newly modeled, comfortable, and it's pretty (not to mention one of few places to eat in a rural location) but with the lack of management it just isn't worth going to. I haven't tried competitors, but after this I will have to reconsider trying other options. I gave two stars because the chicken sandwich they almost robbed me on was really good (you can't really mess up a chicken sandwich). Regardless, I'm never coming back, it all was soggy with grease, cold, and the customer service was trash. It seemed like a bunch of untrained high schoolers.

Nothing special at all about Popeyes. The chicken is bland, dry , and the crust is way too heavy and tasteless. The biscuits are no better than dry toast and their selection on side dishes is extremely limited.

The management there is absolutely childish. They single out what is supposed to be a fellow worker and talk down to them, just because they are younger. It's like they are all in middle school again, playing the game of let's not talk to that person because the someone is butt hurt over something stupid. This has been witnessed multiple times and I feel that it hurts the entire establishment due to people being petty.

I came through with my nephew for the holidays and I just wanted to say that the food and service was amazing! I don't know the name of my cashier but bless her soul she was an angel

My first 5 stars for fast food. Really really good hope they keep it going! Restaurant quality worth the money. Me and my man were so happy with tonight's dinner !
