Adorable coffeeshop. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

Point Perk sit down space. It's perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while reading, working, or chatting with friends.

Right next to North South Baking, Point Perk sits and is one of the most adorable coffee shops we have been to! The service was incredibly friendly and the business supports adults with disabilities. The vibe was also nice and perfect for getting work done. We got the Mexican vanilla latte and it was a great recommendation. The flavor was deep and creamy. The coffee quality was also good too!

Point Perk is such a hidden gem ... especially for people who work or study remotely! I've visited a handful of times on weekdays, and am always struck by how quiet it is, and how productive I can be because of it. There's plenty of space to spread out, whether your stopping in solo, or with a group. The coffee is always on point, and on my most recent visit, I enjoyed some cold brew with vanilla cold foam. They also serve a variety of tasty-looking pastries, which I have yet to order, but am always tempted by. I would remiss if I didn't mention this coffee shop's mission. Point Perk falls under the nonprofit, The Point Arc, which provides jobs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It feels good to support such an important local cause, and I'll continue to stop into Point Perk as often as possible!

Pros: great service, roomy seating areaCons: drinks were SO sweet, my sweet loving friends couldn't finish drinking them. I ordered a dirty chai and could barely taste the espresso. I was also expecting pastries or something but there was nothing else there.

Great latte, weird vibe. The front is very small until you go into the side room with seating so waiting so long gets uncomfortable and cramped fast. Owner had an apprehensive vibe and when inquiring about flavors (as a full menu wasn't anywhere to be seen) she acted as if it was a bother even though we were first-time customers. May go back if we're in the area but hesitant as she definitely ruined that first experience for us

Grabbed excellent latte here after the north south bakery event and enjoyed the service, drink quality, and community space they offered. Regardless of the mission, which is excellent, this is a good coffee shop!

This review does not mean to not go. You never know if you catch places on a bad day. First off, it's hard to go into a new store and not see a menu. The vanilla latte was almost undrinkable and one that we both tossed away. I would go again because the vibe of the place was really nice and the people were friendly and helpful. The drink was the low point.

Walked in here on a gloomy Friday after a bengals loss looking for a pick me up, and i got just that. The customer service is great and they stand for a great cause; creating opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Although the my chai latte is a bit sweet, the note on the coffee sleeve made me smile :)

no joke the worst coffee i've ever had. got a dirty chai with almond milk. i swear it was just burnt almond milk with the tiniest splash of chai concentrate. i watched the espresso pour and it was legit like an 8 second pour. if u know anything about espresso u know that is abominable lol. also the girl working was not nice, didn't greet us, and just stared at us until we ordered. my sister and i both threw our $6 coffees away after trying two sips.
