Poelking Lanes

I went here with my girlfriend Saturday, April 13, 2024. It's an older bowling alley in a strip mall. Upon entering, there is small bar on the right where you can order drinks, food, and play Keno. The bar is small but the drinks and food are reasonably priced and the food tastes good. Service was good and the bartender/server was friendly. The patrons, likewise, were friendly.There are lottery machines conveniently located just outside the bar where you can purchase lottery tickets and Keno tickets. We were told it was easier to get out Keno tickets from the machines rather than the server trying to enter them for us.The bowling alley itself is well lit and nice. It has regulation lanes and a few bowling balls, but the bowling ball selection is limited. My girlfriend and I were able to play one hour, which included shoes, for $32. The price seemed reasonable.The scoreboard machine has a variety of themed options. For example, there was an Angry Birds option where you could play five frames. There are also just straight up options with scoring only and 10 frames of play. It had been awhile since either my girlfriend or myself had bowled. However, we both had a blast and our hour of time went by quickly.This bowling alley is older looking but it is nice, clean and all of the employees were very friendly. I know I've went by this strip mall many times and didn't even know a bowling alley was even in there. It's kind of a hidden gem but I would go again. Service was great and it was not overcrowded. I highly recommend. My girlfriend and I had a lot of fun!

As far as bowling alley goes, this is probably one of the older ones. The lane kept getting stuck. The balls kept getting stuck. Bowling alley food is usually delicious greasy cheat day yummyness... the pizzas didnt taste horrible, but they took forever! The bathrooms were clean, but outdated. We didn't even get to finish one game because the machine for the pins kept getting stuck and the person was in no hurry to fix it.

Felt we were being pushed away to go on a lane that was overly crowded with kids wanted opposite end. We were told no the other lanes were for people who reserved over phone that wasn't there. We was just trying to celebrate my twin sister birthday. To be felt like they didn't want us there was embarrassing and hurtful we just wanted to bowl and have fun. I pray for them racism has to stop we all bleed one color that's red.

Such a great bowling alley! Affordable prices and they keep the lanes nicely waxed. They also have a pretty cool looking bar. I'm looking forward to coming back on a Wednesday for College Night.

Great ppl who works there. Clean. The new lighting makes the place look bigger. New pro shop in the establishment come check it out!

I would like to blame my incredibly low bowling score on the lanes, the atmosphere, the ambiance, but alas, that would be an unfair review. For someone who is not an avid bowler (read, I've gone twice in about two years) it was a fun place, at least after the leagues left... at the same time, the bar and pool table were a fun distraction while we waited for a lane to open up. And, they had Angry Orchard on tap, so that's a bonus for me, too.

The staff was very friendly and they have great specials throughout the week. Clean facilities and just a great place to bowl!

Amazing workers so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had great time. The food was hot and fresh as well. We'll all be back very soon. This bowling is out of the way for us but we'll definitely drive out there again.

This was the first time my group of friends came to bowl here. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny. The employees were helpful the second we walked in. They ensured we had everything we needed and that we were content with our accommodations during COVID. Additionally, we ordered some food. While asking for recommendations, the person who took our order told us to get the pizza. We ordered the pepperoni and bacon pizza, it was phenomenal. Highly advise. If I could order the pizza for delivery, I would order it without a doubt!
