Fresh, healthy, and delicious food! I ordered the protein bowl with chicken and it was more than enough food. The bowl came with quinoa, sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli, etc. A nice variety of fresh vegetables! Generous portions and reasonable price.

Piada is my go to when I want some pasta. The penne pasta with marinara, was a little disappointing. The penne pasta was a little undercooked, other than that the marinara sauce was really good. The Chicken Caeser salad was good, the chicken was very tender and juicy. The BLT wrap was okay, there was way too much lettuce and tomato. I was able to grab my online order from the pick up window and go. The restaurant was really busy, which was nice to see so many other people enjoying good food. The restaurant was very clean for how busy they were. The lighting inside is very calming for me. The vibe is always so chill.

Really like the ceasar salad with pickled onions and calamari on side without the salty seasoning oohhh Extra parm chips is yummy. Or hahave the calamari in a piada. Either way it's enough to share.

I bought the $25 coupon for free piada sticks and drink every day for 365 days, with every entree purchase but cannot seem to get my money's worth for it. The locations in Cincinnati (Norwood and Hyde Park) doesn't make their food with love, like the Bexley or Worthington locations in Ohio. I don't know, they are just more sloppy with it here. I do like the Mason location but when I'm up there I don't want Piada! :D I've yet to try the Stetson Square (MLK Dr) location.I'll try to visit more often, but please staff people who care about food instead of just having a job.Thank you.

My daughter goes to Xavier and when we meet weekly for lunch, Piada is in the rotation we tend to go to the two locations close to one another, at times this one because we have grocery shopping to do. I have a caveat with this restaurant. Eating in the restaurant is dramatically different than your to-go or delivery experience. I'm saying this with 3 to-go order experience + 4 dine in experience and one really bad delivery experience. We've decided to never order it to go or order it delivery. The service is.. ok. They are confrontational if you are missing something from your bag or decide to check your bag in store before you leave to make sure everything is in there. It's as if they take offense to it. I wouldn't feel the need to check it, if I wasn't always missing items. We always kindly let them know what's missing. I take it to a table to look, I never hold up a line. Treating a kind customer with respect, especially when you've not completed their order and items are missing- would be a great way to improve customer service. Eating in store- you will get the sauces that you want and the portions are larger. Should it be different? No. You should be able to trust that it will be the same. Unfortunately that isn't the case. Is it good in person? Yes. It's VERY good. Is it good when you have it to go- sometimes. My advice- skip Togo & delivery- eat in store. It's very good when eating at there. Less issues & you'll be treated decently. Below are pictures from eating in-restaurant.

Piada offers a mixed experience worth exploring, though with a few bumps along the way. Starting with the calamari, while its texture was spot-on, the overwhelming saltiness detracted significantly from the enjoyment. Moving on to the piada avocado BLT with crispy chicken, it delivered a satisfying crunch and flavor, yet failed to leave a lasting impression of uniqueness. The diavolo pasta, boasting a decent spicy kick, presented a fair option for those seeking a bit of heat in their meal. Service was efficient. The restaurant itself was clean.

Piada is fast-food italian joint much like Chipotle in concept. Walk through the line and build your own pasta, salad, or piada (wrap) with whatever you want inside. Want less choices? Choose one of their options on the menu!We recently went to their Norwood location for dinner and here is what we grabbed:Pepperoni Piada Stick Build your own piada Chef's Favorite piadaI've also had build your own pasta bowls as well as their canoli chips. The chips are a must try for a new spin on a classic Italian dessert.

I generally like their food, but the last time I ordered food, I got a basic pasta dish and paid additional for salmon (my favorite fish). I could only eat a few small bites of the fish because it was outrageously salty. I haven't been back since.

Good food, service was decent. I have frequent several of their locations. This location needs to improve their front of house appearance. All the tables needed to be cleaned, I had to wipe my table before sitting down to eat. The drink station was out of straws and could have used some love. But the sitting area really needed some attention.
