The atmosphere at this location, and the speed of service is decent enough. However, when it comes to the food I expected better. My daughter and I ordered grilled turkey subs and the meat was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. Everything tasted good but when you order a hot sub and it's all cold, it doesn't go well. The guy that took our order left much to be desired as well. Definitely not a friendly group working tonight. As much as we love Penn Station, I don't see us visiting this location again.

I have been coming here on and off for years. This trip was no different for me. Baked Italian sub, fries, lemonade. The sub as always was very yummy, the lemonade was perfectly tart and slightly sweet. The issue was the fries came out less than hot. Okay they were medium temp at best. No I didn't say anything but this is the only reason for 4 stars. Service and interaction with the staff was par none. They were great and I am sure they would have handled the fries issue, but I was so hungry and didn't want to wait for fries to be redone. So this is slight my issue as well as theirs, since I am sure they knew the fries would not be hot. The place was clean, but the table felt sticky, it may just have been the cleaner they are using. I will be back.

My first visit.10 inch chicken sub, medium fries, fountain drink.Pepsi products, yuk.My sub was excellent, hot and fresh and actually larger than I should have Ordered.My medium fries was a very large portion, hot fresh and delicious.The restaurant is kept clean and while eating two different employees asked if I was enjoying my lunch. I really think they care and try to put out a quality product. The only negative thing I possibly could say is that my lunch was just over $15, I should have ordered a smaller sandwich and a smaller fries but anyway next time.

As I'm ordering a roach comes out of the bottom of the cash register and Zach the employee comes around, grabs a napkin and kills the roach; for which He doesn't even apologize for what I had just witnessed before eating my meal first time eating here; so disappointed I won't be eating here ever.

Arrived at 9, they close at 10.Asked for a sample of corned beef and received a snarky no, but a different location happily gave me a sample in my last visit. Weird.Out of Co2, so this means soda machine was out of order. They have no other beverages besides their homemade lemonade. Wasn't told there were no beverages at the beginning of our order, had to notice for ourselves.We were given white bread for our sandwiches without being asked our preference. We don't eat white bread. Forgot toppings on a sandwich(corrected it because we told them). Reuben was small slivers of corned beef. Shredded. They began mopping around us, directly in front of our booth, so we couldn't stand without possibly slipping. A worker shouted at us that they close in 10 minutes, rude. Very strange visit. Grumpy workers. And huge lack of customer service.

Regarding the BOGO "fake" offer after the Bengals had a win, I was told by the store manager that "corporate" would send out BOGO offers in the mail because the one-day Bengals offer was such a disaster. I even followed up again with corporate. Obviously, they don't care. I had tried placing an order on line (which was taking forever, only to get a message stating that this location was no longer taking on line orders). So I went to the store to place an order in person. Waited a long time and then the cashier told me after I ordered that the "special" offer was only good on line. I told her that they were not taking on-line orders. She said she knew that. Horrible customer service. Haven't been back since although I have been to Jersy mike's and subway numerous times. Looks like some businesses just don't care. Penn Station was the one that made the offer and then didn't live up to it. It's going to cost them much more in the long run. It already has!

I love the service, courtesy, and food at this location 1140 Kemper road Forest Park. I live 5 minutes away. I definitely those who want a manger that overlooks his total operation from the initial greeting, cleanliness, suggesting other items to see Mr. Andre Ross. I believe he is the manager and I am sure his employees love him!

Take out:Two sandwiches were incorrect and it was missing a sandwich. I called and explained to the employee who answered the phone. I believe he didn't understand the issue and put the manager on. Both were a little argumentative. Finally the manager agreed to remake the order. This time the two sandwiches were corrected but the chicken wasn't good and for being teriyaki they were very bland. Overall the food and customer service were barely a one star.
