Keep fox News off of TV IT RUINED MY APPETITE and made me sick. I won't go back.The service was good.

Went in for lunch with a coworker, there was a small line, but the orders were being made at typical made fresh pace. No wait for fries, which are some of my favorite fries, especially when you put the malt vinegar on them.I got the chicken cordon bleu combo which was the monthly special. Love Penn Station, no problem with customer service when we visited. Tables and fountain drink area were clean.

If you like your sandwich sopping wet with grease on barely baked, doughy bread, by all means eat here! We called and complained and requested our whole order be replaced. I guess they couldn't be bothered to remake the fries so we had none since we returned the first whole mess of an order (which also had an incorrect sandwich - cheesesteak instead of chicken teriyaki.) The two employees who helped us at the drive-thru window when we returned didn't apologize or even say two words to us. AND they still didn't give us a chicken teriyaki, instead it was three cheesesteaks again. We won't be back to this location!!

Great team and staff. Product is fresh but WHY did Penn Station change the chicken salad recipe?? Like...if it ain't broke, don't fix it. change it back

Zero line, walked in with two kids, clearly overlooking the menu. Abby at the register asked for a name on our order like a monotone robot 3 times within 30 seconds of us walking through the door.Two kids sandwiches (ham and cheese small + turkey and cheese small) two bags of chips and two small fountain waters.One eight inch sandwich, one five inch, one medium fry, and two regular fountains.THIRTY SEVEN DOLLARS! Run away from this place fast.

Picked up 2, 12" Reubens, with a large fry, $28 and some change. Had difficulty finding the corned beef, plenty of sour krout though. Don't celebrate St. Patrick's Day by grabbing a Reuben at Penn Station, you'll be disappointed.

This place violates COVID regulations on wearing masks and health code violations on not having hair nets/hats. I have had a HAIR in my sandwich. Management doesn't care that their employees are not wearing masks or even putting hair in the food. They only get a one star because that's is the lowest score you can put on here.

Clean, friendly, and made to order. General Penn Station. Not any better than any other location but just as good as all others. Clean bathrooms is always a plus which they had. I will go again.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We paid for medium fries. This was a carryout and a ten minute drive to and from. There was not even a small fry amount. When we called, we were told that we had to bring them back to get a refund. On a second call, the girl who answered the phone refused to give me her name or to get the manager. She hung up on me. Do not go there! I will never set foot in there again!

2/10 times you call will they actually pick up their phones. The employees leave them off the hook on purpose so almost anytime you call, it's 'busy.' It's a joke. I've never had such a hard time getting a fast food place to answer a phone...
