Penn Station East Coast Subs

First off I love Penn Station. The sandwiches are good at this location however for over four years the fries are always burnt. Please fix your fryer. Had to start going to the Milford location.

At the Penn Station in Loveland. My husband ordered ahead for pick-up on a Sunday in December. When I pulled into the pick-up line there were 2 cars ahead of me. 5 minutes later- the same without evidence that there was any action. I pulled out of line and parked the car to pickup the order inside. I was instructed to go to the pickup register clearly marked, where I was ignored for another few minutes. There were 5 young men who did not appear to be very organized. One was wearing his mask below his nose. When I asked if I could pick up my order, one reluctantly asked the name. It was obvious the order was not started as there was some discussion that it was a phone order. Again, another 7 minutes or so until I received the order. Tick tick tick. No apology. Will avoid this spot until they get a manager there to direct the crew. Disappointing.

Penn Station has always been great. Every time all the family is in town we always get food from this Penn Station. Not overly expensive and the fries they serve are always fresh. I will almost always recommend this place to any new people to the area

Penn station in Loveland Ohio is a place I will never go again . Starting from the cashier who takes your order was very rude along with the assistant manager the manager and the operations manager . There are a lot better places around the area where I will spend my money and I would not recommend Penn station for anybody

Food has always been good. Tonight, I ordered online. Went to pick up as designated time. Good wasn't ready. 20 minutes later, I finally got my food only to find it was mixed up with someone else' order. Got that sorted out before I left store. Got home and food was not correct. The staff works hard but it was frustrating watching people walk in the door, order, and then get their food before me. And, then I get home and the 2 sandwiches I ordered were not correct. Would definitely not recommend online ordering for this location.

I love this place food is always on point and hot and fresh. And the fries are so good. If I can make a suggestion try the fries in malt vinegar so yummy

Had a coupon for buy one get one. Ordered via phone. Told 15 minutes. Got to the "drive through" in 20 minutes. 2 TWO cars ahead of us. Waited 20-30 minutes and only got to the window after laying on the horn. Two people work there. Food not ready. Another 10 minutes. Food not ready. In fact they hadn't even started it yet. Finally got 2 chicken teriyaki subs. The dog food Alpo tastes better. Won't ever go back. Even with a bogo coupon it was waaaaayyy overpriced. Have fun in bankruptcy Loveland store. You deserve it

I came in here yesterday while on my lunch break, while waiting for my sandwich they were a little busy. Who i assumed to be the boss was not helping the situation and just standing around yelling at the employees and yelled at one singular employee about cutting bread. I do not want to support a business that treats their employees like this. I will not be returning.
