This Penn station is so good that my boyfriend and I pretend it's the only one that exists! Dave is the best and if he is working you know you're in great hands. His crew is always on it as well. Philly cheese steak, chicken cordon blue and chicken terriyaki are our go tos!

This is a chain sandwich shop with this location being in Hebron. It had fairly good service on this occasion and the restaurant looked fairly good. I'll detail my food down below but I do want to mention my favourite sandwich is the pizza sub. It's freaking delicious and next time I get one I'll cover it along with the eat in experience since I got takeaway this time. Anyway let's take a look at what I did get...Philadelphia CheesesteakWhat Is It: The sandwich comes with 100% U.S.D.A. choice steak, provolone cheese, sauteed onions, mushrooms, banana peppers, spicy brown mustard, pizza sauce, and mayo. I left off the onions and shrooms. I also got fresh cut fries and natural lemonade Presentation: Cheesesteaks by their very nature are not that visually appealing and this is no exception. I do like their packaging and such though. Right in the middle I suppose.5 out of 10Taste/Final Analysis: Now I'm going to confess that I'm reviewing after going to the famous Geno's Cheesesteak in Philadelphia (yes that review is coming) so I might be a little unfair here. The steak is delicious and the provolone was a nice choice. I do think for something billed as a cheesesteak there should have been either more sliced cheese or some sort of cheese sauce to make it more like a Philly style cheesesteak. The banana peppers kind of dominated my flavour palette and the pizza sauce seemed like an odd choice as well. Despite my complaining this was actually a pretty tasty sandwich just not a traditional Philadelphia Cheesesteak. The fresh cut fries were top notch and a big reason to come here and I can say the same for their lemonade. The prices are little on the pricey side for a sandwich shop but most of these are quality subs and probably worth the price. As I said before this particular sandwich was flawed but tasty.6 out of 10

Is it wrong to give a 1 star rating if you didn't eat at the establishment? We would have liked to eaten but the 1 person working was too busy slicing tomatoes to take our order. There was on person in front of our group of 4 and no one else eating in the restaurant. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes watching him slice tomatoes and then asked him if we could order. He said he had to slice tomatoes even though he must have had at least 200 slices since we stood there and watched him continue to add to the pile he had accumulated. My wife, ever observant, shared with the Tomato Enthusiast she was pretty sure we wouldn't eat that many tomatoes. But to no avail, he kept slicing and we went on down the road.

I mean yeah, it's fast food, it's not healthy, it's sandwiches, it's no fancy restaurant. But what it is is FLIPPING DELICIOUS! This is my favorite Pen Station because it's always clean and the service is always great.

Horrible experience. Would not allow me to use my thornwilde discount card (simply for a free small fry, and on a $20 order), and not accomdating in general. Luckily, went to firehouse subs where the discount is better, and the service was exceptional as always!

This location is by far the best experience I've had at any Penn Station. It was way cleaner than pretty much any chain restaurant I've been in, the bread was fresh, and the staff were so friendly. I'm autistic and I have some restrictions around food, and they were so accommodating and were very nice about it, too. I've had some bad experiences with restaurants (including other Penn Station locations) so I was a bit nervous, but they didn't even ask me for a reason why I wanted my sandwich deconstructed. Would 100% recommend.

Only reason it's one star is because I can't give zero stars worst customer service I've ever had. Don't answer the phone a when you come in to get food they are just rude they don't listen to what you want on your food. They turn their grill off 20 minutes before they are supposed to. Shift managers are about the worst I've ever come in contact with.

I placed a call in order 10min prior to arriving at the store. My order sat on the counter while orders are being given out to people who came in after me. It wasn't until I asked about my order that they placed it in the bag. Was no longer hot and service was horrible. Last time at that store.
