This my favorite Philly steak sub place can't never go wrong eating here love it food is amazing and staff friendly ty but the waiting time sucks but they made it up with a drink so ty

Penn Station was delightful. Vast improvement from my previous visits! Excellent customer service and the order was correct! Great job.

Worse service in America. They won't even answer phone. Sometimes the curbside system does no work. They won't allow orders from their drive up booths. This has happened repeatedly. I live close to this PS but have drive to the Englewood PS to even place an order. They have a management problem. Don't waste your time here.

I've given this, particular, location chance after chance to do better. Past experiences of soggy buns, poorly cooked meat and pitiful service. But all for nothing. I used to hit up Penn Station almost every week before this. It disappointed me. And I stayed away a fee months. But because of the misses went back today (4/15/2022) and was reminded why I don't go anymore. Online order made with ready time of 6:54p.m. and was there at 6:45p.m.. Gave name on order and sat waiting for it to be called. 4 customers, who came in after me, placed orders, got the order and was gone. I had to approach counter to see what the hold up was. And there, on the counter, was my order getting cold. And the excuse I got was "I didn't know this was the order you were waiting on". But, besides the cook, you didn't ask. I don't know the appropriate way to express the level of failure of this visit without it becoming confrontational. But this location sucks, to me, and I'll drive out of my way to another location if I should want Penn Station again.

great food , OUTSTANDING workers managers GMs ect. the place is very welcoming and very clean. 10/10 recommend!

We have ordered from Penn Station on N. Main St. quite a few times recently and have been very pleased. We order online and it has always been made correctly and on time. That's no small feat. We always check our order when we get a carryout from anywhere. Many places have to remake it, because I'm a picky eater and I make many alterations to my sandwiches. Never had a problem here.

Horrible customer service the Manager very rude, shouldn't be handling any customer service issues, trying to tell me what I selected which was wrong! Who orders something they're allergic to. They messed up my chicken cheese steak which was very expensive and not edible called for lettuce and tomatoes to be added on the sandwiches they threw it in a container! Instead of trying to fix it she wanted to argue with me on the phone! Ask for the owner name and she gave me a incorrect name not the owner. This location is horrible never will order from there again. They don't care how they make your food I just spent over 60.00 dollars for food I cannot eat. Will be contacting attorney General office!

The food was excellent. I can't comment on the service because I had it delivered but will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Terrible service, very unprofessional and slow. Took 20 minutes for one small sub while everyone else behind me got theirs.

I've just left the penn station on north Main Street in Dayton Ohio. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. The one guy was actually cooking with his back toward me but one guy actually looked at me and did not say anything I.e. we'll be with you-nothing. Stood a little while longer. No greeting. Usually this stores staff is professional and courteous but not this free. Will not recommend this branch. Terrible. Had to give one star in order to post.
