Let's use COVID to make the dining experience as frustrating and crummy as possible. Plus let's lie and say the restrooms are out of order. The rules you implement make no sense.

The place closes at 10pm. I walked in at 9:30pm and was told that if I place an order, it will be awhile because they'd already cleaned their equipment. If you say you close at 10, then you should close at 10 and THEN clean up.

The service, initially when we started going earlier in the year was good. Every time since then, it gets worse and worse. Today... we order. We get half of our meal. After we are done eating, I suggest to my husband that he get a refund for the missing items in our meal, since plenty of ppl came and went, in the drive thru and inside as well. He asks for a refund, the girl on the register can't figure it out, and the person, whom we both suspect is the manager, advises that "she's too busy to mess with it." Well that was clear since we didn't get part of our meal... but it took the other 3 ppl who work there time to figure it out one by one. So 1). If they had just made the order no time would have been lost. 2). If the manager took two mins to refund the money, it would have saved her on the backlog that it took 3 of her employees to finally "solve,". And since it takes us about 30 mins to get to Xenia... next time we will take the extra 10 mins and take our business to Columbus.

What a hidden jewel! Folks this is my always a go too,seems to be fresh food every-time I poke my head thru the door and service is always helpful and nice..Short and sweet ya need to GETCHA SUM!

Meal (****) : Our meal was made to order and serve with fresh-cut fries. We had the chicken Cordon Bleu and the Philly cheesesteak. The bread was fresh and the sandwiches were flavorful. The sauce on the Philly cheesesteak was mouthwatering. The fries are crisp and you could tell they were fresh.Ambiance (***) : When we turned onto Bridge Street we originally thought the restaurant was part of the gas station. We almost bypassed it. The entrance was congested with people placing orders. While we were waiting for food, we observed an interesting cross-section of America. We saw a Cincinnati Bengel's family and a proud confederate rebel. Service (*****) : Our order was taken by a nice man with spiky black hair and blue contacts, more specifically, vampire contacts. I wasn't sure if I should complement him or not. Regardless, he was very helpful. Our food took a little while to be cooked but when we received it, it was hot and delicious. It was almost gone as fast as he put it down. He was also nice enough to help us clear our table when we were finished.

Fresh bread, good fillings and a goodly amount, and decent fries. About 8 or 10 different sandwiches, all made to order. The store was a bit understaffed when I was there which slowed delivery.

We used to love this place but for some odd reason they've stopped baking their bread. The last few times we've been there it's like eating dough. Doesn't make sense.

Showed up at 10:34pm says clearly on the door they close at 11:00pm door was locked and the worker just stared and was talking on the phone

I asked for the French fries not to burnt, but guess what I got! Burnt fries and the girl tried telling me they only cook for a short time and weren't burnt! They cooked for at least 5 minutes while she was making our wraps. There wraps are also deep fried which I wasn't aware or I wouldn't have ordered. They have really gone hill in the last few years. BE WARNED!!!

This took place on 01-04-23 at approximately 4:43 PM. I walked in and was the only person in the store and was ignored while standing at the counter. The employee was leaning over a counter top with his back towards me while looking on a phone so I left.
