Penn Station

I believe his name is Matt, not sure if he's a manager but he's worked at a few restaurants in Milford and everyone he's working, anywhere he's working, it's a good experience.

Ok... You force me to write another one star review. First the positives, new facility/remodel is Nice, sandwich Spot On! Now the Negative:Your fry's are so disappointing. It's like you don't care about the Quality but you want all the $$$$ for your product as you escalate pricing like others. Nothing but over cooked bits and pieces, 87% of the fry's are no longer than 1" Max. Open your eyes, take pride in your product.

What's the point of ordering a certain way if the employees aren't going to read the ticket??I said NO BUTTER & easy on the oil... guess what, grease running down my arm. My cheesesteak bread is a wet soggy greasy mess and looks more like a burrito than a sandwich. Another restaurant I'm done with!

I will never order from the Mildford Penn Station again The cook did not put gloves on until after putting my food on the grill. Also, people are rude, and my fries were cold .

Blonde stringy hair woman at the grill was very rude. Said I was 30 min early and I shouldn't have come in and to leave. What customer service. Feel bad for the employees as I think she's a manager. Seems like a horrible atmosphere to be in. Will be driving the extra mile to east gate where I don't get yelled at for placing an order.

I ordered carryout from them. The staff were friendly. The subs were made to my requests. No complaints.

I would skip the buffalo chicken sandwich. It's not like the add. It had very little franks on it and when I asked if I could get some they said it was limited and they were suppose to use just enough. She finally gave me a couple of squirts in a cup. I wish I had the cheese steak. So I would skip it. Total let down. Loved everything else I have ever had there.

I eat here often. The food is great and the shop is well run. I even complemented the manager the other day, because I appreciate the way that he runs the shop. His employees keep the place clean and the food top notch. This is the best Penn Station in the city of Cincinnati in my opinion.

Three of us got subs delivered for lunch on Friday. They were good size and costly . The grilled turkey was reported as good. The club was also good. My grilled Italian on mult-grain bread and mushrooms was probably the BEST hot Italian sub I have had. The fries were very good. This order was delivered, so more expensive $52.

This best has the best sandwiches everrrrr!!!!!! This is our go to when we want something fulfilling and fresh off the grill.
