Family oriented place where children can sit at the bar. Bartender was friendly and introduced himself in the first 5 minutes. Menu was a little strange with no burger offered? How can you have food and a menu and no burger? Not sure what lane this bar is attempting to fill?

The hands down worst place I have ever been for service, quality of food and atmosphere bar none! Being forced to give a star rating greater than zero insults all proper restaurants! Two hours to get our food orders, Zero expectations set by the wait staff even when they deigned to come visit our table every half hour or so. When the food arrived, it was over cooked, over priced and terrible quality. I will never set foot in this place again. I complained about my meal to the server and the manager about all of the above and still was charged for it and nothing was done to fix the issue. "We're down to one cook and one frier" was the only response. Not even a token expression of remorse. Stay away!!!!!

Took a bit of an adventure to find this place but I made it. I accidentally went on Fat Tuesday so it was a bit crowded but manageable. I couldn't discern if there were servers so after looking around confused I went to the bar where I asked if I order there. The bartender's tone wasn't the friendliest and I ultimately ended up at a table with a server. I ordered 5 siracha wings and 5 garlic wings and they came out in decent time. The wings were cooked just the way I prefer, well done and the sauce was pretty even. I did not taste much variation in the sauce flavors. The blue cheese was amazing and added even greater flavor. Overall, wings were worth trying and if I returned I would diversify my sauce choice.

Where are some of the best wings that you didn't know about? Right here at Par's Place. It's a small bar/restaurant in Fairfield. The environment was kinda cool with lots of interesting decor hanging around. The service was extremely lackluster with the bartender that acted as our waitress giving us the absolute minimum of attention. The food however was spectacular. The Loaded Nacho appetizer thing was amazing as it came with black olives, jalapenos, seasoned beef, Monterrey cheese, and sour cream. Needless to say lots of layers of flavour here and their salsa that was on the side really stood out as well. My wife got what their equivalent of an Italian Grinder and really enjoyed it. But the wings were the star for me. I got an order of half hot bbq and half Dragon's Breath buffalo version. Both were absolutely fantastic. The bbq werw the perfect combination of sweet bbq flavour with just the right amount of heat added in. The Dragons Breath was quite hot but had tremendous flavour with it. All were well cooked and decent size. All in all 5 star food with 2 star service so we'll split the difference at 3.5 stars which we'll round up to 4. But their service needs to be upgraded big time.

We love Par's Place for a local date night when we're really wanting beer and wings. They have pretty awesome wings for a small town bar. We have also recently discovered you can call in an order and pick up, which is awesome! My only tip would be have them read your order back to you! Both times we've done pickup they've forgotten a side item which was disappointing.

Par's place is a local community sports bar and grill that features a small town feel and big restaurant taste. Walking in, you will find plenty of TV's and numerous beer options. While the place is small, you tend to avoid any serious wait times. Additionally, they have an outdoor seating option that features a big screen TV to enjoy during nice summer nights. Food wise, the menu is loaded and the portions are ample. It is the standard salads, burgers, subs, pizzas, etc, but the portion sizes are solid. We would recommend the stuffed mushroom appetizers, the garbage burger, the Italian stallion, or the steak sandwich. The wings are also grilled to perfection and come with lots of meat. For your side, look to the buff chips - their version of french fries that have a spicy taste and are in chip form. Yum. On Saturdays, try to get in before 7:00 PM for their 5 for $11 beer bucket specials. If you miss it, no worries are the beers are already a pretty good deal. If you find yourself in Fairfield and are looking for that community sports bar with great food, Par's is your place. Enjoy!

Server pleasant and attentive. Beer cold. Food deplorable after waiting over 45 minutes to get it.

Wednesday evening at 730, a group of 5 guys getting wings and a drink. Ordered 100 wings and was told they don't have that many. As all they had was 36. It took 1.5 hours to cook those 36 wings. They have definitely gone down hill since I was a regular there 6 years ago.

Terrible service, mediocre food. My husband and I went in for trivia on a Friday night. We had to get up and get our own refills more than once while several other tables around us were checked on multiple times. Witnessed our server talking to patrons at the bar for extended periods of time. She asked everyone around us if they wanted anything else, but she asked us if we wanted a box. However, she was over quickly when it was time to pay. When we didn't have it ready, she disappeared. Ended up leaving cash so we could leave... I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but my husband was the only African American person in the establishment.

Where to begin. We have never been a regular at Pars but we have been getting food to go for years. It's nearby and the food had always been just okay. Tonight, it's raining, we're feeling like wings and Pars is the closest. I ordered honey mustard wings with fries. When we got the wings home, they were over-fried and naked with 2 containers of the wrong sauce. The fries were not golden brown but old grease, amber colored. My husband took my naked wings back and the very unhappy ( the owner, as we have come to find out) gave him 2 containers of honey mustard sauce without replacing them with honey mustard tossed wings. End result I still had pathetic, over-fried naked wings with honey mustard sauce on the side. Wings are messy! Not a napkin or wet wipe to be found in our to-go bag. I'm done!!!! The owner has been rude and uncaring since the first day we walked in. If you hate your life, change it! Please don't hide behind a food and beverage establishment that sucks!
