They no longer appear to offer cauliflower crust so I couldn't eat pizza. I ordered online as well, which is important for my review. My husband and son really enjoyed their cheese pizza. My daughter had a ham sub and she really liked it a lot. I ordered a salad, since that's all I can eat on the menu (dairy and gluten allergy). I asked for no cheese on the salad and it came with cheese. I was luckily able to get a side of the salad out without cheese. The salad was just fine. Nothing too special and nothing bad. I know that they are under new ownership again so maybe some of the stuff will change as they get into the business. I appreciate how they are great at supporting the local community. The restaurant itself is clean, but kinda bland inside. Service was fast and efficient when I went in to pick up.

I'm getting in this habit of ordering half a sandwich with my small pizza when I'm checking out a new spot. The pizza is hand tossed, they also offer thin. The dough is made in house. I think the sauce is really good and they sprinkle some oregano on top. I enjoyed it. The sandwich was pretty good. Perfect toasting on the bun. It's a nice place. I would visit again if I was in the area. Probably not a special trip kind of place for me.

I just want to say that since I have first tried Papa's, they've only gotten better. The service is always amazing, especially the guy at the front counter who always gives me the best deals and make sure that I don't spend a penny over what I'm supposed to! And hands up to all the pizza makers because thats some dam# good pizza:) it's one thing to impress me but it's another to keep me impressed;) thnx guys, there's hope in the world. I have not yet dined in, will keep you posted.

I've tried to give this place a chance several times. Each time the order was wrong. I asked for 1/2 mushroom on a deluxe pizza. Got mushrooms on all the pizza, just 1/2 the amount. The sausage was dry and chewy. Thin crust wasn't really "thin crust". We were regulars before the business sold. I realize things change, but they changed too much. It's not the same quality as before. I love supporting local, but I'll never waste my time going back. It's too bad. Used to be really good pizza.

Seen this place after someone said on Facebook it was good. Looked up reviews and pictures, Looked good and had good reviews. Crust is a fresh hand tossed and stretched with ok flavor but I am a sauce person and the sauce tasted like they opened up the can and used it. Sauce was in need of some flavor and spices. Meatball sub was good but the bread sticks were not. Staff was very friendly. Got only pepperoni on my pizza and the pepperoni was also flavorless. Store was busy on the day I was there so the locals must like it and want flavorless food.

I visited Pappa Pizza Palace, when it was operating under the first owners. One of the things about their pizza was it was oven baked. Let me tell you, a pizza oven baked, tastes completely different from pizza "cooked" on a conveyor belt. I don't consider a conveyor belt as a "baking" oven, others may beg the difference. The new owner have upgraded the interior of this restaurant and it looks good and comfortable. Including installing TV's on the walls, making it a very relaxing atmosphere. It's a nice dining room for a date to eat pizza or to enjoy one of the other food items off the menu. Now to the pizza, I don't doubt they still use the same recipe and ingredients as the original owner. There's plenty of toppings, edge to edge, two choices of crust. But, having it prepared and cooked on a conveyor belt, just isn't the same as the pizza I was getting from the original owner, who baked their pizza in an oven. I want so badly to make Pappa Pizza Palace, my go to pizza place. But it just isn't the same, and it's starting to leave me slightly disappointed. They don't deliver where I live, so I have to drive to pick it up. It's a 20 minute ride there and back, and I leave to pick it up, once I call in the order. It always looks good, consistently, which I like, and it's cut in squares. But something is off with the taste. Lately the sauce is dominating the pizza, and it's cold, which is unpleasant and not appetizing. Perhaps they need a better way of keeping the pizza warm once it comes off the conveyor belt. Especially for those picking up their pizza. Instead of placing it on top of the shelf, near their conveyor belt, waiting for it to be picked up. My pizza, was cold, by the time I got back home. I haven't given up on them yet, I might need to just go there and then place the order. That way I'll have a hot pizza, when I get home. Because calling it in and picking it up, just isn't giving me a hot pizza. Would I recommend Pappa Pizza Palace? If it's with the original owner, knowing they oven bake their pizza, definitely! Now, under new ownership, cooked on a conveyor belt. Maybe! Quite honestly, I don't see this new ownership having longevity if they continue with the conveyor belt process. They should strongly consider, getting rid of the conveyor belt and investing in an oven and start baking their pizza, like the original owners did. Because that's what brought customers to Pappa Pizza Palace, oven baked pizza,; not conveyor cooked pizza's. Or, they'll see their once loyal customers, not visiting anymore.
