Papa Johns Pizza

This is one if our go-to's on some late nights during the weekend. Like all Papa John's that I know of it's pickup or delivery only. On this occasion I got a Steak Hoagie and an order of their breadsticks. The breadsticks were coated with garlic butter and topped with some parm and let me tell you, these were some of the finest breadsticks I've ever tried. The garlic flavour was perfectly portioned, not overpowering but plenty there. The sticks were nice and big and were super hot and fresh. One of the few breadsticks that doesn't need a dipping sauce. The hoagie was quite good as well with the meat being very tasty and they put the right amount of sauce on it. Not too much not too little. Mine was finished off with some mozzarella cheese as I had them leave off the onions and other vegetables. The prices are very reasonable and they always seem to have a good deal online. Another great experience for us from here.

They have their pros and cons....Delivery is slow... However their pizza has its own unique flavor. Their cinnamon pull aparts.. aka " monkey bread " is breath taking! Me and my boyfrind love it. Have been choosing it over pizza hut to be honest..

I don't just do negative reviews. Cjeck my profile. Gave this place several chances. Pizza showed up 30 minutes after it was shown as delivered.

Let me tell you something. Don't use delivery from Papa Johns Lawrenceburg IN. Kid driving his Ford F-150 smoking in his truck while driving with customers food. There was an accident which caused the lanes to go down to 1 lane. He cuts in front of me without using his blinker then gives me the middle finger like I did something wrong. We end up at the next intersection and what does he do? Gives me another middle finger while flicking his cigarette in my direction. This happens all while he represents Papa Johns with the company sign on his F-150. I guess he's not smart enough to realize that he's not just representing himself but an entire company.Great hire there!!!!!

I used to give 4 and 5 star ratings to this Papa John's but not any more. Most recently it is my belief that they prepare and bake the pizzas at their leisure and the way they want to. I always order WELL DONE CRUST. Of the past five or six orders they have totally ignored that request. The crust on tonight's order was as soft as as can be. On top of that, the receipt indicated that the pizza was made at 5:45 pm when it was ordered for pick-up at 6:15 pm. Is it any wonder the pizza was cold by the time we got it home?????I have called them in the past to complain but based on tonight's debacle they don't listen nor do they careAs soon as my point balance earns me my $10 discount, I will cease to order any more from this Papa John's. They don't seem to give a damn so I will take my business elsewhere.
