It was a moment of weakness. We had sworn off this place two or three years ago. Should have stayed with that. Ordered the pizza well done. It was barely done. So we had to put it in the oven. Wanted jalapeños on one half and sausage on the other half. Got sausage on the whole thing and no jalapeños. The other ingredients -- pepperoni, onions and mushrooms -- were kind of there. Not especially plentiful or noticeable. Waste if money. Did not complain because they would have wanted to send us another pizza. We never want that again. I'll burn a $20 bill and feel better about it than having to try and eat that crap again. But if raw pizza with some of the toppings you ordered and very few of the ones they got right, then this is the place for you.

Horrible customer service refused to honor the papa pairing price after the online order didn't go through correctly. Ended up with a cheese stick and med pizza for $23 instead of two medium and a cheese stick. very rude. wouldn't even try and fix my issue.

Ordered at 4:56. Called to check on order at 6:23. Two minutes later, driver knocked on our door with an order that had the wrong name and address on it so we refused delivery. Doordash called at 6:28 to blame us and Papa Johns for the incorrect order. (Clearly not the case since the delivery didn't even have our name or address on it.) We attempted to call PapaJohns and got placed on hold for over 30 minutes. We were in the car ready to drive to the store at almost 7pm when our call was finally answered. Manager offered to either refund our order or remake it - which would take another 2 hours. . . . . 4 hours for a pizza, no customer service, no food. I'll order from Dominos next time!

Apparently Papa John's in Fairborn, Ohio doesn't value their customers, like the recording says. I received a 2-liter with a sticker that says; "We are a pizza store, not your grocery shoppers."I called the store in hopes of finding decent customer service and got hung up on by the Manager in charge, who also would not give me their name.

Our food was fine. Fresh and hot but the store needed some cleaning. The lobby area looked like it needed swept and mopped. There also must be someone there feeding stray cats because there was 4 empty cans of friskies wet cat food sitting a couple feet from the front entrance. Kind of gross!

Ordered online. When I got the email stating my order was in the works I noticed it was wrong. Called the store. Was told they couldn't change my order and give me the discounts that I got online. Was also told that my order was further screwed up at the store, the sizes were switched. Decided fine I will just deal with it. Got the pizza 25 minutes after the phone call and the vege pizza was under cooked. Considering the lack of effort on the managers part when I called in the initial mistake, I decided that I wouldn't waste my time calling them back to complain.

They believed their diver instead of the customer...... long story short we went to Marcos because they just didn't show up with our pizza. We tried to get a refund they didn't give it to us because "there's nothing we can do". I called corporate customer service rep to put in a complaint and got my refund.

I ordered A cheese pizza and breadsticks and they gave me 2 orders of breadsticks and we tried talking to them about it but all they kept doing was making up excuses and hanging up on me, and being really disrespectful. Instead of them remaking the food they wanted to argue about it and make it seem like i was trying to get a free pizza. And the manager and staff was VERY rude and nasty.

horrible service!! they said are pizza would be ready in 10-15 minutes. we came in to get our pizza and they then acted like "it's coming out right now" meanwhile they hadn't even made the pizza. an they acted like they were busy but there was nobody there but us. they served all the people who came after us even though we were there first. an then when they finally gave us our pizza, and the people in the back were snickering and laughing, like they had made us wait on purpose for no reason. their was 2 guys a chubby white male with glasses and a hat on. an another white skinny male. we got there at 8:20pm and they didn't end up giving us our pizza till 9pm. didn't even apologize for making us wait. instead they smiled and laughed. An everyone working there was white and we were black so might've also been racist. first time coming to this papa John's location will never be coming back to this location ever again!! horrible service defiantly would not recommend this location to anyone else!

Inconsistent at best. Of five pickup orders recently two were not correct. This afternoon, after being notified on the app and by email my order was ready I went inside to pay and pick it up. I was informed it would be a few minutes. I asked why if I received notice it was ready. He replied the emails meant nothing and it would be a few minutes. After 15 minutes I asked how much longer and was told another few minutes. I asked for a refund as my order hadn't even been started yet. With the current COVID 19 pandemic I was very alarmed to see NO ONE wearing gloves.I will not be back.
