Panera Bread

Most Panera breads are pretty good. I guess inflation is really hitting hard. We ordered a ciabatta steak sandwich and there was barely any meat on the sandwich (see pic). This is pretty lame. Then I get my Greek salad with the to go bowl half full of salad. This won't happen again, because I won't come back to waste my money!

This was a very nice Panera. The layout was very nice. A lot of people were there working on laptops. Seems super user friendly for work or study. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Got my good quick and it tasted great! Also love they have a drive through.

I love this new location, it is by far my favorite in the Beavercreek area. Never super crowded and service is fast. Panera has a promotion going on right now that you get the unlimited sip club free till July and I am loving it. Totally recommend getting the sip club as well as going here to study. They have great wifi and outlets to use.

The girl that took my order pulled out her phone while i was ordering and then i saw her eating food out in the front counter with gloves on... gross

It's the nastiest Panera I ever see in my life and they just throw everything in my salad all the containers of sauce and everything inside my salad and when I call them and tell them why it's like that , the manger Nancy she say I don't know why and it's Panera policy !!! Wow just a great excuse........ service is bad and food it's sucks at this location don't recommend this place ever for anyone ...if I can give you zero star I will

food is OK. It's standard throughout the Panera system. The service is incredibly lacking. First, they're very slow. Then there was a mistake in the order that they would not correct it the window but asked me to go back into the line to re-order whatever it is that was goofed up. they didn't try to make it right at all. My wife's coffee was loop warm at best and it tasted old.

We love our local Panera! They are such a great business in our area, and their landscaping is beautiful! We subscribe to the coffee and drink club, and find it so convenient getting a drink on the run. The food choices are good! I especially like their autumn squash soup this time of year. My regular is the soufflé and my husband is hooked on the Asiago bagels!

Frequent this store a lot but have noticed that it's smells more like a marijuana dispensary than a food establishment when you're in the drive thru. Staff looks stressed and looks to be doing multiple jobs to just get the orders out.

Placed order online and got a text it was ready, but when I get there they say it's going to be another 10 minutes. Canceled the order. Update: they charged my credit card for the food they never gave me, told me it would be a week to get a refund a week later no refund and now the corporate office is saying they can't refund the order because it is owned by a franchisee. They just stole my money, be careful they are thieves.

Ordered cold brew through the drive thru. I was handed a child size cup and was told this was the correct size for what I paid ($3.89). When I left I looked at the receipt and was charged for 16oz. The young man serving seemed irritated when I question the tiny cup.
