Our Place Restaurant

We recently dined while returning fromA road trip. It is a charming family type hometown restaurant . Rustic touches. Friendly & efficient waitress. Enjoyed an omelette & my husband devoured the biscuits & gravy. Portions were generous & Coffee hit the spot!

Tasty old school breakfast! We couldn't be happier with the breakfast we had. Eggs, hash browns, grits, sausage gravy, biscuits, what's not to like. All at a reasonable price.

We had high hopes for this little restaurant... we were sadly mistaken. Walk in the restaurant... a sign says seat yourself so we set ourselves. No menus on the table so we sat expecting a a server to appear with menus and ask if we want coffee. We sat there for 7 minutes without anyone even acknowledging we were there. We got up and left. This is definitely a restaurant for the locals. We will not be back.

Our Place is an old fashioned restaurant with that cozy, homey feel. The kind of place where all of the local older folks like to hang out, which isn't a bad thing! You know the food is good and it's a good value! The menu has a nice selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices, and there is always a daily special and features on the board, plus a ton of desserts to choose from, too.The food is simple but good, I believe most dishes are homemade or at least prepared in the restaurant. I've never had anything I didn't like. Service is friendly and tentative, and they always make you feel welcome. Can't beat the value either, most of the dinners are between $8-9.00 and are served with 3 sides. Can't find that anywhere! Love that there is always a soup and sandwich special for like $4 and change.The dining area is a bit outdated but is cozy and very clean, and there are fresh flowers on every table. I recommend stopping by for any meal!

The food is good, however the experience is severely tainted by the presence of German roaches which walk on the tables and other roaches which appear in the rolled up silverware on occasion.In the past, I've heard that kitchen is inhabited by large quantities of roaches as well.I am aware of how difficult these critters are extremely difficult to eradicate, but the owners need to make a much more concerted effort to cut the populations down!

Awesome place for breakfast, we order to go breakfast quite often. One of the only places that I know of that serves mush. The service there is always good and welcoming. Just a little family atmosphere restaurant in a small town.

Got a Go order food was excellent, price was right. When your in Washington CH you'll love eating here.

A good old-fashioned American diner: decent food at a reasonable price, served by polite and hard-working waitresses (whom I was sure to tip well), with good old-fashioned red state rural clientele discussing their business and lives. May this restaurant and its like never die.
