This place smelled straight up like the Newport Aquarium. I don't even know if the DJ was good or not bc I had to leave that fast; I felt like I was at Long John Silvers ordering a number 7 with extra hush puppies, but there were no hush puppies:/

Great atmosphere, great dancing but shitty bartending! Holy fuck you literally have to wait at the bar for an hour to get drinks. Its ludicrous. Even with 4 bartenders at the only bar they couldn't keep up. Something needs to be changed. So buy 10 drinks at once and never go back up. You will be fine. Small shots for $$$$ come already drunk

OTR Live is starting to become a thing for me. It's so big is an understatement. The place is just huge and pretty clean for a club. There is plenty of room to roam about or dance. They even allow you to go on stage and dance as well. The DJ's they bring in are always great, especially my good friend Jeremy. They have lounge chairs inside to make it a great experience for older folks. The real downside is they only have one bar inside. It makes getting a drink pointless. I usually go outside to Treehouse to buy one instead. Check it out sometime.

This is one of the worst bars to exist in the US. The drinks are more overpriced than Chicago or LA and the security will literally let anyone in (21 & under). But hey, the music is the best in all of OTR

Great place for concerts. Drinks were priced pretty good and atmosphere isn't bad at all. Good location right downtown. Not much parking.

Went to Busta Rhymes concert which was a great concert, but was upset to find my credit card was charged $300 when the bill was only $30. Tried to call OTR live but get a recording saying the voicemail is full. Filed a dispute with my bank. May want to check your cc or bank account to make sure you weren't overcharged.

Probably one of the most homophobic bars I've been to, from the bouncers to the clientele. Not a safe space for LGBT people. Also, the bar is way too overcrowded and the drinks are way too overpriced lol. Take your business elsewhere

They let people smoke cigarettes inside. I have no idea how they get away with it but for a non smoker, it's gross.

We had to wait out in the rain with no covering, as the promoters said that they would open the doors at 7:00pm. 7:00 came and went, and the doors did not open. We purchased VIP tickets and did not realize that there was a separate entrance for VIP ticket holders, (it was not stated), until we were rain soaked and watched people walk up into the venue without waiting. We were told that they sold food, wings and meatballs, we went to buy some meatballs, no meatballs. :-( My friend went to the bar to buy a drink and spent $8.00 for 1oz. Vodka. Needless to say, my friends and I had a horrible experience. We won't come back.
