OTR Bagel Bar is the best place to get bagels in all of Cincy. My go-to order: A jalapeno cheddar bagel with lox, egg, onion, capers, tomato, and a flavored cream cheese. They don't skimp on ingredients and everything is always fresh and high quality. A must-try for bagel lovers!

Sick, absolutely disgusting. This place has gone so far down hill. This was not edible. One bite and I had enough. The cheese was hard. The Geotta was soggy and slimmy. The egg you can see for yourself was bizzare. If I could give it zero stars I would. Inside was not clean, the workers were very kind but i will not be returning.

WHAT HAPPENED?!?!I should've known when I got there around 11 and there was no line. I ordered two bagels, blueberry and pretzel. Got home and I couldn't tell which was which. The blueberry bagel had one single blueberry, was quite hard, and tasted like nothing. This is not what I remember! I don't see this place last much longer.

First time visiting the area and there was a line outside this place so I decided to check it out. The staff was working their butt off and they were super efficient. I got an everything bagel but there was literally nothing on my bagel -- I was very disappointed.

Since new owners apparently several months ago: accuracy orders as poor. The staff, despite repeated attempts, do not know how to prepare a bagel, such as toasting the inner flesh of the bagel instead of the outside. They do not follow instructions on trying to make the order right and several orders were not prepared properly; after several attempts, we have stopped going to this location. We used to come here regularly over the last two years from North Carolina and this was our go to spot when we would come to Cincinnati Bengals games. The staff was great. They got to know us and they were wonderful. Nice people who had great attention to detail. Unfortunately, with the change of ownership Not anymore. Unfortunately, we had to tap out. I don't know if this is repairable without significant education or somebody else taking the lead of this once storied go to spot at Findlay market. Very disappointing. A great loss for the community used to love going here now it's no longer worth the effort. We have found a new spot on Walnut Street. That doesn't much better job.

My family and I used to travel 3 hours, every Sunday, for these bagels. They were without a doubt the best bagels we've ever tried... but then things started to go down hill. For starters, we would never pay the same price for our orders (that were always the exact same sandwiches)... on some days we'd pay 24, others 22, then on some only 15 dollars. Sometimes ingredients (such as schemers or bacon) would be missing. We never questioned as to why because we thought the bagels were worth it, despite the dry service. The only friendly server was an older man (whom I assume was the owner) that always charged us 15 for our sandwiches.Unfortunately, this past Sunday was the last straw for us. We placed our pick up orders the day before making the three hour drive to Findlay market... when we arrived, we found the shop closed. We never received an apology NOR did we receive a refund. We paid nearly 30 dollars ahead of time for sandwiches we /never/ received. That was it for us.WARNING: OWNER HARASSES REVIEWERS, even on Instagram

For the first time I've had a bagel sandwich outside of the house in years, this gluten-free one was solid. The wait was long for all of the awesome varieties (like pretzel everything, roasted garlic asiago and more) for the flour-processing friends. And, I hope one day there will be more GF options to try! The place is also very tiny, with a New Yorky Bodega vibe so don't expect to sit and leisurely dine. There were also cans of pop like Vernors and Cherry 7up for $1 which was cool.

Really really good bagels. If you go bagel and cream cheese it's a reasonable price, the bagels sandwiches are overpriced. There are some tables and chairs, but it's not a super great place to dine in. I recommend carrying out. The service is good, they turn the bagels over pretty quickly.

My 12 year old son wrote this. I agree completely. Really bad experience. 4 days might be generous. "1. The bread tasted like they were cooked 4 days ago2. My flavored cream cheese had no taste and hardly and spread around the bagel3. There was only one person working visibly and that caused it to take awhile4. It was a really small store but they had cool pictures on the wallFinally that make me wonder why they have 4 stars while I feel like it deserves a 1 star"
