Very knowledgeable staff and the customer service is top notch. I have done a lot of research and they are the best priced and the only Ohio medical marijuana card office i would deal with. They took amazing care of everyone I have sent here.

My experience booking & the actual appointment with the Dr was fantastic however the interactions with the biz owner Zach have been absolutely absurd. He is extremely unprofessional. Background, appt was NOV 2024. I reached out in January 2025 after the bill became legal & seeing another company post the "how to's" get your KY Medical Cannabis card & get registered with the state & this office was clueless. They actually called me & I sent them the links with step by instructions. One of the steps is that the PROVIDER has to upload the PHYSICIAN CERTIFICATION LETTER (which I have in my possession) Even after that, my information was not uploaded. As of Feb, still waiting. For some reason I was scheduled a random new appointment (had already completed my appt in NOV 24 with the PHYSICIAN CERTIFICATION LETTER in my possession) & when I didn't answer because I was at work, I was sent an email to reach out. I called but got voicemail; left a voicemail as the email directed me to do as well as replied to the email. A week later, no reply. I inquired to see what the hold up was & was offered a refund. I asked to just be entered into the system since I'd already completed the paper work, uploading of documents & my appointment & this was not completed by them. I was told I needed another appointment (no reason provided) but could clearly see this was going nowhere so finally asked for the refund that was previously offered & am now waiting on that. I inquired once more since the refund hasn't come through & was told by Zach (biz owner) this was the least of his concerns. If giving a ZERO rating was an option, that's what I'd give this business. Please spend your hard earned money someplace that respects its customers. This treatment is not acceptable. For reference I also held my medical card when I lived in Ohio & had the BEST experience with the provider & ZERO issues getting registered immediately.
