Um we were cruising down the road and found this location on google maps . Got off the interstate and drove about 5 miles . We pulled into a dilapidated medical building with a boat in the back . Trash everywhere, no parking ... sketchy folks in the parking lot . We didn't even go in , we turned our bus around and got back on the road . Naw ..... I gave 3 star cause it might be nice inside but I'll never know

Amazing staff, extremely professional and nice. Worked through all my medical issues and why I was looking to get a medical card. Quick service. You can book your appointment online, I recommend getting there 15 minutes early as it can get busy. No referral needed. Also; don't worry about getting all of your medical records that can take awhile from your doctors; if you have a MyChart they will go off of that!

The best ran company for this service, not only in Cincinnati, but all of Ohio. It truly is the connection you deserve. Great staff, offices, management, and owners.
