NYPD Pizza Delivery

First time customer. Fries were very good, I like the coating, they gave a generous amount compared to other pizza places. Steak hoagies were good. One with pizza sauce, one with mushroom sauce. Cashiers was very friendly. Price was good. Will be back. Thanks for giving a good first impression and making a nice dinner for us.

Service was good and the food taste good but the pizza was kinda soggy. Not sure if this a normal thing for them or if it was a one off and it just happened to be my first time getting food from there. We got the veggies pizza added chicken. Like I said. Taste good but soggy May have to try again before I say go or no go

This place has GOOD pizza! I usually prefer a thick, crispy crust but I like their sauce and toppings so much that I feel like the crust is a nice balance. I enjoy speaking with with the owner as my pizza bakes or seeing the same delivery people who have been there for years. My go-to is the Italian Hoagy sans pepperoni and cheese fries. I also like the garlic butter chicken wings and fried pickles. The family size garden salad will fill 4 bowls easily. If you want something a bit different than how it is on the menu, they are happy to make it for you. But the website doesn't do a great job with this, so you will want to call them. The first thing we noticed as we drive up... Manager not wearing mask. Walking around the entire kitchen like she didn't care. Young Man making pizza dough balls had mask around his chin. I didn't take his picture as I am sure he was a minor. Young man at register also had mask around his chin, also a minor I suspect. We picked up the food as it was already paid for. Got home and heated it all again to proper temperature to kill germs. Proper temperature couldn't save it from how greasy and terrible it was. After a few bites, the entire family looked around at each other and collectively said "this is terrible." Into the garbage it went. Never again. Terrible food. COVID-19 non-compliant.

Fantastic pizza. I used to live in northside and was sad to move away and not be able to get it. Now I get it whenever I'm back in Cincinnati.

I love the food but I don't appreciate how the tip was changed. I left $6 on a $24 order (which is a good tip) yet my credit card company alerted me to the fact that the tip was 10. There's no way that I would tip 40% for pizza delivery. I called the manager and was told that the slip said $10. Then someone changed it. The manager did absolutely nothing. Make sure to get the receipt.

First time and last time I order. Could have been the dasher but the next morning I woke up with cramps and the runs. Never again

Got a couple of steak hoagies. They were great. The bread was crispy yet soft on the inside. The meat, sauce, and cheese were really good. Will definitely go back again.

Just ordered small pizza and a steak hoagie from cheviot store it arrived on time nice and hot and fresh I was very pleased with the food and price Thank You Dale
