Very disappointed in this place. They used to let developmentally disabled individuals come and bowl for $5 per game including the shoes. That was amazing! But I guess greed gave way and they now say, they have leagues and no room to help those who have a limited budget and sometimes limited activities they can enjoy. Shame on you!

Been here many times when I lived in the area. The place has plenty of parking (even though it always looks packed) and it's a nice size inside. Plenty of lanes, balls to choose from, and a place for food and drinks. This is probably my favorite ally I've been to and many of my friends agree. We always have a good time here while paying a fair price.

So fun! It's nice to see a community bowling alley that's still nice and good friendly fun! We came on a Friday night around 930/10 and it was $12 for all you bowl including shoes! The music was great and they had strobe lights which was fun. They also have a full bar and restaurant if you get hungry.

Whoa! Visited this bowling alley for the first time to celebrate NYE 2016 with family and friends. The owners have brought bowling into modern times with a variety of updates. They clearly want to attract a younger customer base and are doing a good job. What's To Love:- Great Facility: Clean and bright facilities, including the bathrooms. Separate cafe area with a lot of seating and pool table. Wheel chair accessible ramps onto the bowling floor as well so everyone can participate.- Modern Amenities: Take a selfie to post on your bowling frame! Connect to the music app to request your favorite tunes right from your own phone! Scroll thru a variety of graphs during your game to see how you rank against the competition!- Variety of Fun Choices: Besides bowling (regular or glow bowl), you can also take in a game of pool, play video games, watch your favorite sports team on several TV screens or try your luck at Keno.- Phone reservations: We had quite a large group but were easily able to reserve 2 lanes over the phone. Not many bowling alleys do this. A definite plus for those who do not live close by. What Didn't Work So Well:- Cafe: While the food looked pretty good for a bowling alley, it took 1.5 hours for us to get our order. Given it was NYE and they were packed, I'm hoping they just got overwhelmed and it will be much better next time we visit. We did get part of our $$ back for the inconvenience.Overall, friendly staff and a truly great place to enjoy some fun with your family or friends.

Iv'e now had consecutive extremely poor visits to this location. I ordered a pizza and after 45 minutes passes bye I finally ask where my food is and the supervisor tells me it will be another 20 minutes due to a league that has 10 pizzas ahead of me. He offered zero apology or empathy and made no efforts to remedy the situation. I should have been at least made aware prior to my purchase that I would have to wait over an hour. He is very incompetent, lacks people skills and an overall poor manager. DONT GO HERE

Been bowling so many years and went to many places around Cincy area but never bowl at this place before. Had a chance to go bowl there last week. I would say this is one of the best place to go bowl with good price and other specials. There's more staff members than any other place around here. The lanes are pretty good. Haven't had any issue with ball return or blackout after total of 50 plus game of bowling. This one is the BEST !! See you again soon Northwest Lanes!!!! Chanthy Chen

Good for bowling but is not always open for people that are not in leagues. Otherwise, it has a great atmosphere and has good food too!

I bowl here 3-5 days a week during the bowling season. The staff is always attentive and friendly. The conditions/ environment is always clean and sanitary even in the restrooms. The lane conditions are always in a condition that you can get a good game in. The ball return doesn't mark up your balls like some other bowling alleys. There's a ProShop on site. There's also a bar with a pool table in it. The only thing I wish was STILL there is the kitchen. Their kitchen had the best food at one point then it just abruptly went away! They don't mind if you bring in outside food but you have to buy drinks from them. If the kitchen was still open I'd rate this facility 5 Stars.

Giving a star because there isn't anything lower. For over a year have had a standing reservation for individuals with disabilities. Every third Tuesday from 6-8pm for 3-4 lanes. Would always call the day before to reconfirm and give the number of lanes needed. Called tonight, needing 4 lanes for 24 bowlers with disabiities to be used from 6p-8p only to be told they weren't interested in having us come anymore? They MAKE MORE MONEY WITH LEAGUES. Wrong of them not to at least CALL me to tell me they were changing the way we have done things. These individuals truly look foward to this outing EVERY month. Wouldn't even consider letting them come for one game for an hour. Not like it was free. They pay....but evidenlty more important to make that higher amount of money. I visited a new bowling alley in Fairfield called The Rollhouse. That manager was happy to help. So he basically saved the day. I recommend going over to Rollhouse 5181 Dixie Highway instead. Don't give your business to someone that is this unprofessional and truly doesn't care about our disabled neighbors!
