Disappointed. Got General Tso's and pot stickers as take out. Pot stickers were good, but the chicken was so drowned in sauce the batters was soggy and on top of that the chicken was dry and chewy

I really wanted to love this place even though it's seen better days. The people were very prompt and friendly, but the food for all four of us was just so so. I'm desperately searching for a Chinese restaurant that doesn't over-Americanize with thick, low-flavor sauce, but this wasn't it. I'll try them again but on a day with lower expectations.

Maybe don't put up open on Christmas signs everywhere, and then when my whole family comes in on Christmas like we've done before, you say you're closed and only doing delivery. It was a 1.5-2 hour wait for that. You're not open, and we probably won't be back.

My Airforce LT daughter and I went there Saturday night at 8pm.Absolutely deserted.Really cool looking old school Chinese style place, but absolutely empty.We ordered to go and in a couple of minutes got our food. Obviously ready-made, buffet style. I got Kung pao beef, and she got some kind of simple chicken and snap peas.They gave us a ton of food! I imagine they have to throw out a lot having no customers. It was just okay. My daughter got mild diarrhea that night. And that's about it.

Szechuan DiningOur Tennis Club offers A/C courts, but it is still hot. A pop-up summer rain forces us to suspend play as several men scurry to raise the tops on their Vettes.Puts us in the mood for Szechuan Dining.North China Restaurant is a few minutes west, and is doing a great lunch business.We always begin with hot tea and Hot and Sour soup.The Szechuan Shrimp with rice is just ok, as is the service.North China Restaurant is nicely decorated, and is nicely air conditioned.We recommend for a very average Chinese meal.

I ordered carry out. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant. Ordered the chicken fried rice, chicken egg drop soup, Spring rolls, General Toas chicken and the crispy shrimp. Total came to $71.00. Ouch. Food was ready when I went to pick it up. Everything was good but I didn't care for the soup. They put carrots in it and all you could taste was carrots. Fried rice was good but didn't care for the chicken cubes they used. All in all it wasn't bad but I will change my order next time if I get carry out again.

I ordered carry out from North china restaurant a few weeks ago on Friday night.North China has been in business for years on Far Hills in Centerville next to the library.We were having a craving for Chinese on a Friday night and haven't had it in a while my Mom had sweet and sour chicken. You can see what a huge portion it is there's definitely enough for 2 to 3 people to eat definitely had leftovers.I went with Hunan beef which was okay, when I got the order home it seemed like it was just broccoli and beef no other veggies. Hunan dishes normally has lots of vegetables and is spicy. It was nothing special.The food was ready in 15 minutes and pickup was quick.
