Great, juicy chicken season. Well, the veggie was unbelievable great, taste season. Great place to eat.

Ton of food, unfortunately it's terrible. I ordered the beef with five vegetables in hibachi sauce on fried rice. It smelled great, was cooked fresh, super hot. I was looking forward to it. It tasted like nothing. No, I don't have COVID. The beef pieces were tiny and tough. Not even soy sauce and yum yum sauce could save it. For $13.50, they could have halved the portion and upped the quality. You're better off going to chipotle next door.

I know beef is expensive but the serving size of beef is Ridiculous! I'd rather pay more or have less than be given cubes of beef as big

Usually I would not take time to do a review for a restaurant within a shopping mall, however the Ninja was not ordinary "mall" food experience. I had a couple of people recommend this palace to me and I was finally able to try it. This Asian type meal was cooked fresh, very tasty, and we were provided an extremely large portions. The servers are very nice and the restaurant is very clean. I just could not find a reason to deduct a star.

Food was bland taste nothing like the other location yum yum sauce did not even help it

Ninja Grill is a new Resturant in the lower level food court area of the Kenwood Mall, nice surrounding and space, the workers were nice, and friendly as I was walking by the worker was waving at me, so I decided to try there food, I ordered shrimp fried rice and egg roll it's cooked to order, you choose your base, veggies, cooking sauce, and dipping sauce, the food is good worth the price, I really didn't like there soy sauce just a different taste, but there yum yum sauce is good. Give them a try.

Worst customer service. The make manager was so rude. She told him she didn't get extra meat. He shooed her away! Told her to go away. I was so disgusted, and sad for the customer. will not eat there again.

I've been here a few times and the food is always great. There's one guy who always recognizes me by name and is always quick and happy to help. Definitely will keep coming back for the good food and atmosphere.

I got food posted from here!!!! Last year I ate here. This resulted in three days of food poisoning, and a trip to the hospital... Watch what you get and make sure that they're cooking their food all the way!

Portion was huge, fried rice, veggies, hibachi chicken and yum yum sauce. It was better than Benihana for half the price. Best mall food I have had in quite awhile!
