Step in to step back in time to when a pizza place was a pizza place. A lived-in and loved-in ambiance that is rough around the edges but unapologetically genuine. Newport Pizza wasn't designed by a corporate board who consulted three interior designers, it was made by people for people. The pizzas on offer range from regular to artisanal. All of which drip with cheesy goodness and are hand-tossed. They know how to make a solid special pizza.Prices are fair and on sale often, and they do sell by the slice.

Excellent spot!!Parking lot located to the side. There is limited seating subside, but luckily a table was open to seat our fam of 4. Prompt service, friendly servers and excellent customer service. We had a pepperoni pizza and meatball sub. Our meatball sub was overlooked and our server made it right by offering a beer for free. Appreciated the kindness!!!Pizza was great, pizza sauce on the side for dipping crusts was excellent and the meatball sub was a great portion size. Excellent beer selection too! Highly recommend whether you're dining in or getting take out.

This small hole in the wall space on Monmouth at 6th serves some awesome (yes, I used THAT overused word) pizza. Maybe 19 tables and two servers keep the place rocking. We came on a Monday and had the Spinach Artichoke Dip and a large Meatball Lasagna pizza. The dip was baked and super tasty. It was served with tortilla chips. Our chips were stale, but the server quickly replaced them. A worthy appetizer.The pizza was very good. Almost NYC style. I say almost as the crust didn't quite allow a good NYC fold. The edge/outside crust was too dry/crisp to fold. Maybe it was just a "not quite there" batch. Regardless, it tasted great. On the other hand, on Mondays any size specialty pizza is $11, dine-in only. Medium pizzas are $11 carry out. That level of busy can make any pizza 95%. Honestly, their 95% is 200% of many places. Good service, great value, excellent pizza.

Extremely unique and fresh made dough daily, but crust I've ever had a pizza, and the Cincinnati pizza is like if you've ever had skyline dip on some crispy crust. It will defiantly surprise you. People are very nice and feel like your eating at home.

Stopped in one night on the way home from a cyclones game for some late night pizza takeout. The service was friendly and it looked like a cozy little pizzeria/pub. The pizza was very good despite a long ride home. Would like to go back and dine in for the full fresh experience.

Service was great. Food was fantastic. Hoagies were delicious. No wait and clean. Nice little neighborhood pizza place.

Great corner pizza place! Three of us sat at the bar split a couple pizzas. Good food, good service enjoyable time!

It was raining and storming on our side of town, so we drove over here hoping they had electric because we didn't. We scored and sat inside and ordered a few items off the menu. I honestly wanted to order so many more things as it all sounded and looked great but we narrowed it down. The pizza was cheesy, delicious and fresh! We love ordering extra cheese and roasted garlic on pizza and it hit the spot! The Asiago spinach dip was one of my favorite items off the menu! It was cheesy, creamy and overall so delicious. I loved the Asiago cheese in it and the spinach was portioned perfectly. The meatballs weren't are favorite as the texture was a little off to us and not what we are used to. It seemed mushy and soft but the sauce was great!Can't wait to come back and try more menu items! We loved the small ma and pa shop vibe and loved that they have a bar inside too!

great east coast style pizza at very good prices. I'm kinda a pizza snob, having grown up in NJ and NYC so love seeing old school pizza that matches my preference for thin crust. Ordered takeaway but service at pickup was super friendly. I usually have the bar set pretty low for pizza outside of my roots, but this was legit for sure. highly recommended!

Food was fresh and delicious. You could tell the meatballs were made in house and not frozen. Bread on steak hoagie was fresh and the sauce was amazing. Drove from Lexington, KY. DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!
