Mt. Healthy Dairy Bar

If you've ever been to kings island then you know about the blue ice cream. This is a take on that but better. Everytime the dairy bar is open I have to run so I can get my blue ice cream!Please keep in mind that this is a cash only business so have your cash handy.They have 2 windows and a drive through if you do not want to get out your car.Best places in Cincinnati to get ice cream in my opinion.

Ice cream and I are a so-so pair. It's rare for me to crave/want ice cream.When I do, I usually go for something small, or a shake.This particular summer day, my wife, niece and i decided to stop at the Mt. Healthy Dairy Bar for a small treat. Now one thing I will say, is they have a decent variety of flavors, toppings and styles. In fact, it took us a few minutes or so, just to look over the menu. The friendly woman behind the counter asked us if we were ready to order. She also answered our questions concerning a few menu items, then we placed our orders. Our niece got a blue raspberry ice cream. My wife got something almost like a sundae and I had gotten a cherry shake.We were all happy with what we had received. I was especially pleased, because some places can't make a cherry shake with a good mix of cherries, not-too-sweet flavoring and ice cream. However, Mt. Healthy Dairy Bar really knows how to do it right. I encourage anyone to at least give this place a try.You will be glad you did.

What can I say? It's a top-notch soft serve ice cream bar with a friendly staff and generous portions. I wish the speed was faster and they would accept cards, but those are small gripes compared to overall satisfaction.

We left my local dairy bar because there was only drive through available and the line was long and not moving. This Dairy Bar in Mt Healthy is new to me but I'm glad I found it. There was service at the drive through and walk up window and it was quick and the workers were efficient and so kind. I got my typical glacier with vanilla ice cream and cherry slushy. I would've liked more cherry flavor but didn't go back to ask. They had a cherry sherbet that we took home and it was incredible. So much flavor. I'll be trying other options this summer!!

Friendly customer service and really tasty ice cream. We drove from quite a ways a way to give the blue soft serve a try. It did not disappoint!

I love to see teenagers with great customer service! They have a drive thur or a walk up window. They don't take card...cash only! So that's why I gave 4 stars ...it's 2023...people don't carry cash! I went to the ATM! Lol I don't live close by but I would drive there for a date night or to take the girls for a ice cream date!

I've been here a couple times. Yesterday a friend and I went. There's almost always a line, and I take that as a good sign!! Everything I've tried from here has been amazing!This time I had the Frosted Animal Cracker Flurry. It was delicious!! I think next time I'll go for a simple vanilla cone, because the ice cream on my flurry was fantastic all on its own. The cookies were bonus flavor at that point!

OMGGGG ! If you are from Cincinnati, this is a must stop. I love the blue ice cream from kings island and they have it along with any other treat you can think of! They have a walk up as well as a DRIVE THROUGH ! 10/10 recommend.

The best thing I could have asked for on a hot summer day! My sister got the pretzel with cheese that had a little kick to it and the blue raspberry burst and kept raving about how creamy the ice cream was. The medium cone was HUGE. I got the burger which was juicy and delicious and the upside down banana split. Highly recommend!

Was excited to try this place out but kinda got disappointed. The lady didn't seem to be listening to us well as we had to repeat ourselves. The girl with glasses was acting kinda awkward. We got the hot fudge cake ice cream. The fudge was Luke warm and we asked for chocolate and vanilla swirl ice cream on it but they just put vanilla. The cake was dry and the ice cream was creamy but didn't taste like anything amazing. Could be a tasty treat on a hot day but I wouldn't go out my way to go here again.
