Mother Earth Vitamins and More

Mother Earth has signs on the windows that were intriguing enough for me to go check it out. Every time I passed it I'd make a mental note to get in there, and yesterday I finally did. The store is not exactly what I expected, but then it was also more than I expected. I think I was hoping they would have natural foods and beverages, but this is more of a place to pick up some supplements and vitamins. When you walk in you come in to a tiny store that shelves all the interesting supplements. When you pick them up, the price tag seems pretty high, but I don't know much about this stuff, so maybe that's typical? There I a lady who works at the register and she is full of knowledge. She was telling people matter of factly about themselves based on numerology and I heard a few of them laugh and say she was spot on. Amongst the healthy stuff there is also a section that houses natural cosmetics. I went in because I have the focus of a 5 year old right now and I needed some advice. I asked the lady at the register and she told me that she thinks I'm lacking magnesium. She had me try some fizzy drink that contains magnesium and I tell you what, after I drank it I had some energy that I hadn't had in awhile. She may be on to something. I've been drinking it for about 3 days now and I can definitely tell a difference. They also offer Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays for $9 a class and the first class is free. When I go check one out I will update my review. There are also massages, but I have no info on pricing or types yet. It's a neat little place that I will definitely frequent. I'll update you guys on the other stuff when I know more, but if you are over here it's worth a look see.

I was looking in all the wrong places for an item and was leaving CVS across the street from this store when I saw the sign Mother Earth. Light bulb went off and I stopped in. Found my item and only had a few minutes to check out other items, but I will definitely be back to explore!

Mother Earth is a great place .i usually get my honey there and my Chapstick and it really help so I do recommend this place
