Great place for a real home cooking meal. Don't expect a fast food pace. It takes awhile for your meal.

Charming little diner! Actually much bigger inside than I thought. Lots of booths, plus tables- including two that could hold a group of eight. Plus a tiny counter. I wanted to sit there but there were no open seats.They've got a real honest to goodness jukebox. I was sorely tempted to drop some money into it, but since I was solo on my first visit, obviously not a regular, plus it was Sunday morning, I opted against it. Next time with courage.Service was prompt and food came quickly. Eggs over easy were closer to over medium, alas. But everything was fresh and tasty. Coffee was hot and strong. Refill was offered.I brought my husband back a fried bologna sandwich on Texas toast. He devoured it quickly and said it was excellent. Lots of kitschy decor with a dual theme: Coffee mugs, and the UK Wildcats.Restaurant is attached to (but independent of) a convenience store so there's a good amount of parking. Cash only. I'll return!

I found out about Mom's when Mom visited our deli. Mom's Restaurant turned out to be exactly what I had been looking for sinceiving to Ohio 10 years ago. I absolutely loved the soup beans and cornbread. The kids had a Mickey Mouse pancake and French toast. Everybody lives it!! I can't wait to get back and try the omelettes. Mom is super nice, she gave the grandkids two pieces of gum for giving her a hug. I'm definitely going to make this a frequent dining option.

A friend and I went here for an intended lunch. When we drove up we saw it was connected to a gas station. No big deal. I hadn't known what to expect. We went in and were pleasantly surprised. We also discovered they served breakfast and lunch and we both ordered a breakfast meal. I had the pancakes and sausage patties which were fluffy and delicious and very filling. My friend had the biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs. She had all of hers as well. All in all it was a very nice meal at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend this restaurant again. But keep in mind I think they close at 2pm.

Had breakfast here today. It was fabulous. For 10.00 I had 2 Eggs, bacon, home fries and biscuits and gravy. I added sausage and grits. It was sooo good. Mom even stopped by to say hi. Don't miss this gem hidden away in Frankin OH

Real down home country cooking! Wonderful atmosphere and great people, and our favorite country music star is a regular. He and his wife have an amazing Saturday radio show we always look forward to.

Don't let the gas station fool you. The food here is excellent for breakfast. The service is fast and the mugs around the walls are just neat to see.

I am a sucker for local mom and pop restaurants and this is one in Franklin. I love how they support our schools and town.Make sure to get there early they are usually packed with a line. The parking is great plenty and attached go a gas station. The menu is large and offers breakfast and lunch. I love the soup beans. The boys had a great breakfast prior to kicking off there baseball season with plenty of packages and sausage if you do decide to eat here no it's super cheap.prices buy great quality of food and they only take cash
