It had been a few years since we'd been here & we're so glad we went back again. Our first experience years ago wasn't as pleasant (food was good, atmosphere wasn't - folks smoking, not clean). It seems to have been cleaned up, everything was tidy. No smokers :) For a Saturday evening it wasn't as busy as I thought it'd be. We quickly got seated & our waiter was attentive. Not pictured is miso soup & a salad, both good. The sushi was fresh & tasty! We got one of the Chefs Sushi entrees and were pleasantly surprised to get belly tuna, scallop, and uni. The rolls we ordered were fantastic too! We'll be back!

Absolutely a Horrid experience. We had an 1830 reservation, and checked in at 1815. Were told at 1830 that they were moving our reservation back to seat a party of 17 (that didn't have a reservation ) because they didn't want to lose the business of such a big party and they were raising a stink about the wait. We were finally offered a table around 1920 (almost an hour after our reservation) only to find out that had added 4 chairs to the hibachi table to squeeze more people in and demanded my wife slide so far over on the end that she was not even able to see the show, as she would be behind and to the side of the chef. We politely refused and were told we had to comply If we wanted to eat so we opted at that point to leave, and told the manager on the way out that he doesn't get a second chance to make a first impression. This was our first time at this restaurant, but we can guarantee you we will never step foot in such a horrible business again. No surprise the manager didn't care as he had a lobby full of lemmings begging for a table regardless of the horrible service being provided. It was quite obvious they were so busy they don't care about alienating potential customers and that's fine with me. Every one of the employees were horrible and have zero concept of how to properly run a restaurant. Honestly, the place didn't seem all that clean either in hindsight so it probably all worked out for the best for us. It appeared they were too busy to properly bus tables so who knows how clean the surfaces you eat on actually were? After all this horrible treatment we gladly left and went to a little Thai restaurant across the street and were seated immediately and had a nice dinner date, not giving one more thought to the miserable incompetence running this place. Glad we found out before we spent one dime of our hard earned money here. They may not be in danger of going out of business but out of principle I don't have to give them my hard earned money. If you go be aware what your experience may just be like.

We went for dinner during the weekday, so the atmosphere was very relaxing for our visit. The team here is very nice and friendly. We got to our tables and the menu had extensive options. From the light snacks to bento boxes, this place has everything you could ask for!The flavors presented in my photo really drove the experience home. Everything had great tasting, hot, flavorful, and fresh food.

We went for a post Thanksgiving meal with some family. I haven't been here in quite some time. The service is fast and spot on. They always put on a great show with delicious food at the end. We had scallops steak chicken shrimp veggies and yummy fried rice The only downfall is the noise. You can't talk during the meal. Noise is all around

Overall: 3.5/5 s! *The FILET MIGNON HIBACHI was AMAZING. I had mine done medium well and our chef 1000% knocked it out of the park. I've ordered filet mignon before but it was always either over done or a little undercooked for my liking, but this filet mignon was so savory and was just so perfect. I highly recommend getting it :) *FRIED CALAMARI was good & all of them were cooked pretty evenly, but nothing really sets it apart from other calamari. *SOUP & SALAD were good, but again not set apart from others; I will say that the soup was a little salty so I couldn't finish it. *If I were to just give reviews for service based on our CHEF, it would be a 4.5/5! He was so funny & made a table of 3 groups of strangers more entertaining. We got seated pretty fast for Hibachi, but the reason why I ended up rating a 3.5/5 overall is because we were also pretty rushed to get out. We hadn't been eating for more than 10 min. and our waitress was already asking if we wanted boxes and very shortly after handed our checks to us while we were still trying to eat; other than that it was a great eat for someone who's just visiting!

Solid option for Hibachi in the NKY area.After we were seated the server took our drink order. Beer and waters came out pretty quickly. However a few of us ordered cocktails and it took a while to receive them. I was not super impressed with the cocktails. They had a very artificial sweet taste to them. Miyako does portion sizes well. I had three meals out of my one order, and it tasted delicious. I chose the chicken hibachi. If you are going with another person definitely go for the dinner for two option-it's the most bang for your buck!

Food was decent, we split the dinner for two. The upcharge for fried rice is ridiculous, especially when they just ask fried or plain, no disclosure. The fried rice had an egg in it, that's it, no carrots or peas. So a $3.50 upcharge for an egg, okay. The service is brisk, we ate in exactly one hour. That's crazy, from seated to check, one hour for dinner! I had barely put my fork down, and my dish was whisked away. Ice cream was brought out after two bites of my entree. There was not a wait, they just apparently wanted us out of there. I guess if you're looking for a fast hibachi dinner, this is the place.
