This place is super close to my hotel and I am tired so I was game to try it. Good reviews and proximity were the winners. I haven't eaten all day so I got the fried dumplings, veggie croquettes, and the BBQ pork ramen. The fried dumplings came out first. Very crispy and good. Dipping sauce was thicker than usual but I liked it a lot. The veggie croquettes were just mashed potato in panko breading. It was also very good and the dipping sauce perfect complement. Then came the ramen. Very porky. Broth, smell too. Kinda took me by surprise. Pork was good. Broth was ok. The noodles were good. Veggies were ok in it. Overall I liked my food and the experience. I can't really complain. I got what I ordered. It was made fresh and fast, tasted good. It's a place that you order at the counter and then sit down or take out. It's got about 10 tables. Big mural on the wall. Clean. Guy at the counter was nice. All in all it was good.

I love ramen and I was very hungry when I came across this place. The ambiance at 3p on a Friday was high energy Japanese covers of pop songs and no one else in the spot.I ordered tonkatsu and was so happy to see they had takoyaki too! The takoyaki came out hot and was delicious. The sauce on it was a little sweeter than I'm used to. When I got the soup, it tasted like regular chicken broth. Not tonkatsu. It also tasted kind of soapy. Not sure what that was about. The noodles were delicious. The pork was tough and the flavor was just of pork. Not seasoned really? There are many better places for ramen around town so I will very likely not go back.

Nice to have a ramen location so close to home. Definitely needed in the area. Food was good. A lot of variety in the meats, types of noodles and broths. We started with the fried dumplings, kimchi and seaweed salad. Sauce with dumplings is yummy. And all are a good portion for the price. Ramen was good. The bbq pork is tasty and the miso broth has a creaminess. My only negative is that the egg was hard boiled. I love having a soft boiled, soy egg with my ramen. With a soft, creamy inside. Service was great. Water was refilled constantly and staff are very nice. Food was delivered quickly and hot.

A small, quaint, dining establishment. The staff is super nice. The pricing is a bit much, imho, but that could be due to "the times".... The ramen was delicious! I did a build your own bowl, and it was great! My friends got actual menu items and loved them as well. The takoyaki ans curry croquettes were super yummy!!! I really wish they had a Japanese curry bowl on menu.

In the past, I had the pleasure of trying Mixie Noodles via Door Dash, and I was blown away with how delicious their food was. I also left a stellar review on on Door Dash. However, I am very disappointed with the service that I received yesterday when I decided to place a to go order. When I entered the restaurant, no one greeted me although all three staff members saw me enter the establishment as I was the only person there. I only wanted some chicken broth; it's very decadent I might add, so I decided to purchase two of them since I wanted a large size. The total was $8, I paid with my debit card, and I waited for my order so I can return back to work during my lunch hour. While I was waiting for my order, I watched the cook playing with the utensil with his fingers, as if it was a Emory board to file your nails, that was being used to prepare my broth. I informed the person who placed my order what I observed, and the cooked looked at me like he knew he was busted. I requested a refund for unsanitary reasons of course, and the manager shook his head as if I was making a big deal out of nothing.I gave him my card that I used to place the refund, and once completed, I requested a copy of my receipt. He seemed as if he was appalled that I asked for my receipt, and gave a smirk. Low and behold, I had to use my card three times before the manager was able to produce my receipt. Oh there's more. I asked him why do I have to keep using my card to get a refund. After the fourth try, he was able to print out a piece of paper, and cut off a thin strip of the receipt that said "refund $4". Had I not asked for a receipt, I wouldn't of known they didn't refund my $8. This explained why he gave me a weird look when I requested one.The manager had the audacity to say that something is wrong with my card, and he sarcastically stated that it's only for $8.At this point, my patience was dwindling, and for him to have the mitigated gall to say that's it's only $8 was mind blowing. I told him yes, it's only $8, but it's my $8 that I work hard for, and please don't patronize me. I told him how I had tried their food before via Door Dash, and that I left a review bragging on how good and fresh their food was. I told him that I decided to come in and support their business, but due to me witnessing the staff member using his fingers to play with the cooking utensils (in front of the customer), and request a refund, which I only received half of, gets insulted because it's only a "measly $8", left me feeling discombobulated and baffled. Please note that at least 5 minutes had gone by, and I still haven't received my refund. I had to use my card a total of 5 times, and I told him that I was on my lunch break, and all I want is my refund of ONLY $4. The manager stated that something was wrong with my card, but I told him my card worked perfectly fine to pay for it, and here's the receipt to prove it. At this point, I was over it, and told him to just give me my refund, and he would never see me again. I asked for corporate number, but he wouldn't give it to me, so I told him to call the police because I was done speaking with him.As he is trying to figure out how to work the register/POS machine (clearly this was the problem), another staff member walked up to the manager and pulled his wallet out, and asked if he could just give her the $4, but the manager would not allow him to. I said wow! The manager proceeded to yell and I asked him why are you yelling at me because I have not raised my voice once. I personally thanked the gentleman for his professionalism for trying to resolve and de-escalate the situation. I told him that he should be the manager, get a raise, and/or a promotion. This seemed to trigger the "manager" because he became pompous by stating I'm the manager, I'm a boss! True story, lol. I told him that he should really consider taking a refresher course in training; specifically customer service, get demoted, and/or take notes from his staff member. Instead of him taking accountability and being humble, and not allowing your his staff member to try and resolve the issue, he'd rather argue with a customer. Wow! After all this time, still no refund. By this point, it's comical, and I know it was only $8, now $4, but it's the principle of the matter. First, it's my money, and I don't care if was just $1. Secondly, I am the customer who was supporting their business, but I guess his ego was bruised because his staff member displayed unsanitary behavior in front of the customer.I guess my words finally registered with him because after 20 wasted minutes of my life that I will not get back, lunch break ruined; he allowed the nice young man to give me the $4 cash. Geesh! I personally thanked the nice man, may God bless him and his family, and that he would go far in his career because of his great managerial and customer service skills. I went to Pho District instead and they were much nicer! :)

Ordered the miso tonkatsu ramen for lunch and it was outstanding! Atmosphere is clean and calm, employees are very nice, and ramen broth was flavorful and steaming hot, which I like. Used a Groupon coupon and it is totally worth it. If you like Japanese ramen noodles, this is the place to come for lunch! I'm Asian from Hawaii and this place is the bomb!!!

Gave two stars bc the food was plated pretty but do not recommend this place. For a kids meal and one bowl with drinks i was at $35 bucks while I sat and waited for food. I noticed EVERYTHING came from a store bought bag. Nothing is fresh. Microwaves were used. Now not hating on it but at $35 for a noddle place. Kinda wild. I got pork and it smells/tastes like seafood to the point where I ate one bite of everything in my bowl trying to make my money worth it but that's all I got. One bite
