Milano's Pizza, Subs & Taps

I ordered takeout here and felt like trying out one of their sandwiches. I placed an order of the 1/2 sized Original Cheesesteak on a soft roll with no lettuce or tomatoes. I also ordered a cup of chili with shredded cheddar cheese and onions.The sandwich came wrapped in aluminum foil. The chili was in a paper cup and placed in a paper bag with a small cup of shredded cheddar cheese and a small cup of diced onions. Both the cheesesteak sandwich and paper bag with the chili were placed in a plastic bag.The cheesesteak didn't look very appealing. The soft roll was somewhat toasted and tasty but the sandwich seemed a bit dry to me. The steak and provolone cheese didn't seem evenly distributed. Additionally, it didn't seem like you got much provolone cheese or steak to me. The green peppers and onions were okay. I detected no Hellman's mayonnaise which is supposed to be standard on the sandwich unless you specify otherwise. Overall, it was an underwhelming sandwich and I probably would not order again. The chili though, was surprisingly good. It was meaty, pretty thick, and quite tasty. Two saltine crackers came with the order. I would order the chili again. It's better than chili that I've gotten at a lot of places. There's nothing like a great cup of chili on a cold day.Overall, I rate Milano's three stars. The cheesesteak didn't quite do it for me but the chili was very good.

Food was bountiful and delicious. No complains for the family. I took advantage of Milano's Octoberfest specials (from 26 Sept through 3 Nov). I enjoyed the bratwurst sandwich and potato wedges, served with ample sour cream on the side. The sandwich was hard crust bun. Mouthwatering! I splashed all down with a pint of Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Dunkel and Weihenstephaner Helles. Oh so good!Our server was attentive and as much as possible - folks began to crowd the venue for the Bengals and Panthers game.Milano's is a sports bar, has awesome beers on tap, great food menu. I will return soon, to enjoy Milano's in the various locations about Dayton Ohio. They are all well managed and staffed with competent folks.

Stopped here a few weeks ago we had a couple pizzas, one single draft beer and a soft drink and was really shocked that the bill was $50 and we got two of the smallest pizzas they make I know times are tough and inflation and all that but come on two little small 12 inch pizzas whatever they were in a beer and a drink $50 that's ridiculous The cute blonde waitress was pretty nice and on the ball and it's not like she made up the pricing on things. just unlikely to return anytime soon. I like money too much to give it away.

Milano's offer a nice pizza selection and the eatery in Springboro, OH seems to be a an Applebee's clone with seating, too many TVs, and a wild clientele.We arrived at about 4:30PM to a nice quiet restaurant, and were OK with the ambience (I hate TVs in an eatery.)Service is super, and our pizza is above average.Then about 5:15-5:30, the place was over run with young parents and untrained offspring.It was playpen city for pre-teens and teens who are OOC (Out of Control.)Too bad, so sad_ We shall NOT return!

Waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from any workers. The dining room was empty. We left. Brown Street location is much better.

Had white pizza with artichoke. I prefer thin crust and the pizza was good but dont know that i would get the same thing again. But they had salads and sandwiches that would like to try.

I ordered ahead of time for a carry out order at the Miamisburg location. The website was easy to use. The communication to me was excellent. My pizzas and salad were ready right when I had asked them to be ready. I walked in, told them my name and they gave me my food. I had already paid for them online. The pizza was very good. I'm from out of town and would order from here again when in the Dayton area. (I went to UD 45 years ago and have fond memories of Milano's. I'm glad they are still in business.

Hubby & I stopped by for a late lunch. He ordered the fish & chips which came with fries & coleslaw - a good deal for $12.99. I got the original cheesesteak (whole sub) for $15.69. It was a big sub & I could only eat half of it. It was flavorful but a little on the pricey side. Hubby loved the fish & chips and cleaned his plate. We'd definitely return for the fish.

I met a good friend here today for lunch. The pizza was unbelievable. The service was fantastic. And everyone in the place was having a blast. I will definitely be back to this location. Thanks again.

First time here. It's kind of feels grimey but the waitress was amazing. She was amazing and seemed sharp ... it's hard to describe, but she actually seemed to be paying attention. I know... that's not saying much except it's refreshing, especially at a casual restaurant like this.The bread was good. Wife liked the chicken noodle soups my sandwich was substantial, although it wasn't to my taste but that's my fault. I got exactly what I ordered. The roast beef was dry and overcooked though... worse than Arby's roast beef... so don't recommend that.They were quick with the food. Refills were constant.Still, between the service and their bread, I'd like to try something different next time.
