Hidden Gem lolOK don't let the outside and mismatched decor/furniture fool you. I swear this is by far the best Indian food we have had in the state of Ohio possibly ever had Indian is not always about spice if you have never tried it before here are a few suggestions you can't go wrong with.1. Chicken Tandoori- chicken marinated in yogurt, spices and herbs. Has a slight smokey flavor from the charcoal fired clay oven. Yummm this is by far my favorite dish2. Chicken Tikka Massala- is cooked in tandoor and then simmered in tomatoe creamy sauce. That is delicious over rice.3. Choley bhature- oh man another favorite chickpea dish. We always opt for a level 1 on spice when we try a new place since each pace is a bit different next time we will kick it up a notch here. But thw food and service was amazing.

I love Indian food and I live in Los Angeles, yet somehow this drive thru in Middletown Ohio is better most I've had in large cities. Great job Desi Swad, great food! I'm vegetarian and the options are plentiful, my family lives local and they love the lamb curry. Large portions, fun to order several dishes and share with everyone.

Incredible that Indian food has arrived in Middletucky. I have eaten Indian food all over North America and in the UK. Do not let the small little building scare you off. The place is super clean and the food is absolutely fantastic. We tried nearly everything in there. And it was all excellent. The service was fantastic and everything was really really good.
