A lovely park complex in milford. Lots of parking and wide open areas for children to play. An updated play area for young children with a covered picnic area close by. There are walking trails, soccer fields and a dog park. The park is clean and well maintained

I do not reccomend the dog park to any dog owners at all no matter how much experience your dogs and you have with other dogs. The people who bring their dogs here regularly excuse their dogs bad behaviors and it causes brutal fights. They think dogs jumping and humping each other is funny.

We took family pictures here and it was a very lovely park! They had a lot of parking, and even a fountain!

This is a really huge park. When I used to live in Milford, I came here almost everyday to run. The track I believe is about 5 miles long (my guess). During the summer they have small festivals/concerts, they built a dog park in the back, there are skateboard ramps, baseball/soccer/football fields, playground for little ones and a small pond for you to feed the geese/ducks. It's very clean and open. There are restrooms available. I know that my dog enjoys it here very much.

Nice little park outside of Milford, Ohio in Day Heights. They have a nice little skate park, soccer fields, baseball fields, football fields and a 1.3 mile track that circles a small lake on the North side. They also "catch and release" and stock the lake yearly. It's a great place to take your pet for a walk, or to get in some cardio if needed. They have a small dog park, but some of the dogs in the park are questionable. My dog can be feisty, but un-neutered pitpull mixes aren't favorable.I'd skip the dog park and just take them for a 1.3 mile walk and get some good cardio yourself!

I don't live in Milford, but this is a lovely place to walk (on their paved trail). My husband and I came here, initially with the intent to bring our dogs to the bark park. I wanted to scout out the place first, because I know that our dogs, being the ruckus raisers they are, can be a bit much if you don't know them. I wanted to have a "date" with my husband, so we left the dogs at home. We walked the paved trail, which is 1 1/3 miles (both sides of the parking lot). There is a lake/pond, that had some Canadian geese and mallards. It was probably about 40 or so degrees, so a bit of a chill. But a VERY pleasant walk, with woods to the left of us. The park is HUGE, but it was like a ghost town the day we visited. I can only reason it being that way because of all the rain we've had in the past couple of weeks and it not being very warm. Looking forward to returning in August for the food truck festival, if not sooner.

Miami Township has the most beautiful, well kept parks I've ever seen! This parks hosts LOTS of activities! Soccer, baseball, playgrounds, concerts, a skate park. How unique!! We use the dog park here occasionally. Glad to see they finally added some things to the dog park. At one point, it was just a fenced in area...no obstacles, toys, etc. Would like to see one or two more things for the dogs. Park can be very packed @ this park if there is a big event. If you are a geocacher, this park is great for that!

Of all the small, community parks in the tri-state, I have to say that Miami Meadows is one of my favorites. As parks go, it has a little bit of everything for everybody. Located right off State Route 131, when you first turn into the park, you drive down a little stretch with a large open field on your left and a tree-lined border on your right (to hide the houses). When you reach the interior of the park the first thing you'll see are the basketball courts and skate park on the left side. A little farther on you'll get to the main area of the park. On the right side is a really great playground area for the kids. The main shelter is right next to this playground. This shelter houses two bathrooms, and a concession stand that isn't open unless there's a full schedule of athletics events taking place. The playground and main shelter are surrounded by a slew of fields that are used for both football and soccer. Across the street from the playground are four diamonds that are used by softball teams of all levels (from little league to church league). In fact my wife has played here a few times and it's always a fun.As you head around the back side of the softball diamonds you'll get to the small lake. This closer you get to the lake the stronger the smell becomes. So that's a bit of a downer. The park's other shelter is located here. As is the entrance to the paved walking trail that goes through the interior of the park. Following the path can take you around most of the park if you want the exercise. There's also a dog park where owners can let their dogs run loose.Me and my wife always make it a point to take the kids here, especially as it warms up during the spring. We always have a good time and enjoy ourselves immensely. It's a great place for the family, although I'll admit that it might not be ideal for singles. Especially single guys. I mean let's face it. There isn't a whole lot creepier than a single guy hanging out at a park with lots of kids. But like I said, a great family spot.Mahalo, and enjoy.

This beautiful park is very close to my home and I so enjoy the walking trail. The pond is beautiful. We also have our company picnic there annually and it is a great place to gather and enjoy one another.

By getting to Miami Meadows Park before all the MidSummer at the Meadow action started on Saturday, I had a chance to get a good look at the park. It is a 200-acre park way out in Milford/Miami Township in Clermont County, and it is very unique. Near the entrance they have two newly paved basketball courts (or so it looks) and a skate park great for bikers and skateboarders. They were blocked off this weekend for the festival (as you can see in the photos posted), but I imagine they are usually popular places. They also have a nice play area nearby one of their two shelters, which has restrooms and a concession stand. They also have a football field and two soccer fields, as well as four large baseball fields with high outfield fences (maybe 10 feet) and a large walking path. Since the park is so big, I didn't even see it all while at this weekend's festival, and it turns out they also have another picnic shelter, a lake which is open to fishing on a "catch and release" policy, and even a thing called the Bark Park on the other side of the park. The Bark Park is a great place to let your dogs run loose without their leashes, and it features two fenced-in areas (one for large dogs, the other for small dongs) where dogs can "run free" or sip from the "special dog water fountain," as well as plenty of shaded areas, according to the park's website.I was impressed with this Miami Township Park, and that was before I found out about its lake and Bark Park. The facilities are nice and new, dating back to just 1999, and it is a really neat place.
