Mezcal Bar & Grill

The more I go to Mezcal the more I like it! The service here is excellent and I do not recall a bad meal here. I go here pretty often especially during golf season as it is between the golf course and my home. I've tried a lot of things on the menu and I really don't think you can go wrong with any of them. Their burgers are excellent and they have potato wedges that they serve on the side of the burgers that are delicious. I also tried their tilapia tacos they are soft tacos loaded with fish and cheese and I was quite surprised that they were as good as they were. There is an outdoor patio in the spring and the summer when the weather is nice. Inside there is a bar area and then to the right is a seating area if you have kids with you. All in all I highly recommend this restaurant.

I love coming here. The food and service are always on point. The ambiance is great too. My go to orders from here for appetizers are the chips and salsa, mild and spicy, guacamole and queso. My favorite entrees are the chicken royale, a shrimp quesadilla from a la carte if I'm not too hungry, Buffalo shrimp or a steak (the steaks here rival even the best steakhouses). If you're looking for family dining, date night or a place to watch the game in Rushville, this is your place!

I've been to Mezcal in Rushville on three occasions, all three visits have been great. The food is fantastic. The menu is varied with both Mexican and American favorites. The atmosphere is great; very vibrant. I've had to wait for seating, but never over 15 minutes. Outdoor seating is available. Indoor seating is tight. Handicapped patrons, particularly with wheel chairs, may have some trouble navigating, but I still recommend that you visit. The service is the one area that could improve. Our servers have sometimes been slow and forgotten requests like sauces, refills, or silverware. There could be many reasons for this, one being that they're so busy - which is, in itself, a testament to the quality. Overall, Mezcal is a worthwhile experience; one you should not deny yourself.

Atmosphere was great. Service was thorough and fast. Food was amazing. Ordered the steak, bacon, and mushroom quesadilla and the Mezcal steak. Everything was appropriately cooked. The churro beans were very delicious and flavorful. Hands down best Mexican food I've had in Indiana. Eat here.

Love this place and they are a true hidden gem! I have ate here multiple times. They have a phenomenal sirloin and NY strip. They do not go light on the drinks, and their mexi dip is something you must try! The food came out very fast even though they were very busy, and the staff was all very friendly!

Very tasty. Their queso and salsa are unique. One of my fav Mexican places. Worth a drive to Rushville.

Was in town on business and thought I would try this place. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the liquor selection at the bar. More bottles then I have seen at most. I was there for lunch though. Didn't drink. I had their cheesy burrito along with chips and salsa. The burrito was good. Filled with strip steak and onions. Also topped with melted nacho cheese. Quite tasty. Price for lunch was about what you would expect to pay for a sit down. With tip got out of there for over $15. Waitress was very attentive. I will definitely try again when in town.

I can't complain about one little thing from my visit the other day and I was very pleased. Service was great friendly click the food was awesome and the margarita was my favorite lol

Nathanal makes best Bloody Mary at Mezcal in Rushville. Food is also amazing. Come enjoy a great drink and awesome food.

Best/only steaks in Rushville. Best filet anywhere. Mexican dishes are great! I really enjoy the chicken and pepper burritos (make sure you're hungry). Staff is on the ball and friendly as any I've experienced! All in all a great dining experience!
