McIntosh's Pub & Grub

It almost seemed as if I'd stepped back in television time to watching an episode of "Cheers". It was obvious this is a beloved local watering hole and grub spot with the constant coming and going of young, old and everyone in between, and the constant chatter among customers who are friends. Bartenders and servers enthusiastically greeted guest by their first names. McIntosh Pub and Grub is located in an old, historic building with many family, friends and customers in photos dotting the walls. Nostalgic, vintage beer steins, signs and memorabilia creatively decorate the walls and bar shelves. Who doesn't like pub food and McIntosh's does that well. Our large group enjoyed sharing their potato chip basket with classic French onion dip, fried green beans with a yummy horseradish sauce and fried cheddars cheese balls. We all ordered an array of cauliflower crust pizza and shared. Yes, the cauliflower crust pizza was a favorite of our group, and I must say I can see why! It was a wonderful crispy base and tasted like a thin crust pizza. I certainly didn't miss the gluten. Of all the pizzas ordered my favorite was the cheese followed closely by the supreme. Service was very attentive to our large group and the cocktails and cold beers kept coming! I hope to return one day!

Used to go there a lot. Been super slow service lately and items not being served together at the same time. We want to eat together. Nice folks. But average food, average service, just so many better options. Not bad, just average at best.

Have always loved this place, great atmosphere, great service and pretty decent food. Was in recently and the mom and daughter working could not have been more rude and nasty. Shocking actually. The owner needs to be aware of this issue as I'm sure I'm not the only that's had a run-in with angry duo.

What's not to love about this place? It is one of the best neighborhood bars around. It's in an awesome old building right at the center of town in Bellbrook. It used to be called Dinwiddies, many people still call it that. Myself included. :) They have a good selection of beers on tap and packaged. They have a full bar. The menu has lots of options but I only ever get Ron's pizza when Im here. It's amazing! The bartenders and servers are always very friendly and helpful. I have been coming here since day one. It's definitely a place you want to go.

Food was borderline just ok. Pretzel bites were super greasy. Pizza is thin crust burnt on the outside of the pizza and hard and chewy in the middle. One review said the pizza was a homerun. More like a double play.. It was busy and SUPER loud. One customer was just yelling the whole time at her table that i think they could hear her in Columbus. My head still hurts from her trying to be the life of the party at her table. Also got the chili and that was highlighted on the menu as something special but it wasn't special at all. Dont ask for a list of beers or drinks cause they don't have one. You basically guess. Only reason I gave 2 is because the draft beer was super cold and good. Go for loud environment and cold not the food.

Great service great food. Great place to eat the food always has big portions you can always watch the game just a great place to go on bellbrook ohio.

I have been coming here a few years now. I order Tropicana Habanero Wings - extra crispy every time. Always the same.... Delicious!!!!Great atmosphere and staff!Thank you

I was craving fish and chips so a close friend of mine recommended trying McIntosh's. I thought the food was great, but the service was a little so-so. I'd definitely give it another shot though.

Once again, pizza is a home run! Great service and a good place to spend time watching football. The atmosphere is fun and pleasant.

Great food and atmosphere. We will be making this one of our new places to visit. The service is top marks!
