Yummy Mexican perfection!It doesn't get much better than Mazunte. I picked up dinner here after researching fried fish tacos and boy, they did not disappoint. Besides the tacos, I ordered a chile relleno, salsa verde & mango habanero salsa (that were served with perfectly fried tortillas) and a horchata.The fish tacos although packed to go, were still crispy when I got home. I heated the chile relleno and it was still perfect. The accompanying white rice and beans were perfectly seasoned and I could eat bowls of it at a time. Lastly, the horchata was well balanced and not too sweet or thick.Thanks Mazunte for providing us with the ultimate Mexican restaurant in Cincinnati.

This was my first time picking up from this location. It's so cool in there! You can see their whole kitchen where they prepare large catering orders, I don't think I have ever in my life seen a bowl of guacamole that big! There isn't any parking, just pull out up front to pickup after ordering online (and making sure you're at the right location) The food is incredible, I always get fish tacos, and they never disappoint! Just get guacamole and queso, it's worth it I promise.

Living in California we are used to very good quality Mexican food and I have been very disappointed with many of the local Mexican restaurants. Mazunte is the first authentic Mexican restaurant I have been here in Cincinnati. I knew immediately when I saw the extensive salsa bar I knew I had come to the right place. You order at the front cash register they give you a number and you sit down your food is delivered directly to your table. We both got fish tacos which I think were tilapia you get three tacos laid out on soft corn tortillas dressed with a nice sauce and some cabbage. There is a choice of tomatillo and other red sauces with varying degrees of heat and spiciness.This is a very popular place for both lunch and dinner so if you'd like to avoid lines either go early or late. I'd have to say this is the best Mexican place I've been to in Cincinnati so far.

Super cute Mexican Market as well as pick up for Mazunte. This was my first time at this location. I came to pick up some Horchata. I love their Horchata! It's the best! While I was in there I realized you could actually get their tacos and other foods. I also grabbed one Jamaica juice as well as some Gauc and chips. Their Gauc and chips are really good. Probably my fav. I love their chips as well. I didn't really care for the Jamaica drink. It was my first time having it. As always the Horchata, Gauc and Chips were delicious!

I have been to Mazunte about 100 times and have enjoyed every meal and experience. As a vegetarian, I find that they have plenty of meatless and even vegan options. I typically go with the potato and mushroom corn empanadas but have also enjoyed the memelitas, quesadillas, enchiladas and assorted tacos. Can't go wrong with the queso, guacamole or one of their excellent salsas. Great carry out beer options and a nice little market inside (don't forget a lime or two). Margaritas are strong - good to split with a friend. Online ordering is straightforward and convenient. Thanks for being a great go to food staple in Madisonville!

Picking up chips, salsa, and a couple tamales at Mazunte Mercado has become at least a weekly occurrence for me since my first trip. Yes, it's the exact same chips and salsa they serve at the restaurant and they have a lot of the other restaurant staples as well. The refrigerated tamales (available in chicken and mole pork) could not be more perfect to take home for an easy dinner and while I have yet to purchase any of the prepared meat (sold by the pound), I've seen the carnitas and been tempted more than once. They also have a small produce area where I've gotten some great stuff and look forward to experimenting more with the selection of chili peppers (fresh and dried) they stock. Bears mentioning as well that I have been there a lot and have never had anything but A+ friendly service (even on one occasion where I walked in 5 minutes before closing time).Mazunte Mercado may not be the kind of 5-star place you go out of your way to try or visit if you're coming in from out of town it is a perfect version of what it is and anyone who lives nearby would be doing themselves a favor by checking it out.

We love Mazunte! The food and service are always outstanding. If you are seeking delicious tacos served by friendly staff, look no further. We are so happy that this restaurant is in Madisonville and plan to be lifelong patrons of this fantastic establishment.

Was very racist and discriminating . I love their food and always order from them today I decided to walk in to order my food and my order was rushed and l was rushed out the store all because I am an African American ordering I was looked at funny and treated with no respect.do better shouldn't no one feel the way I felt today !!!

What a hidden gem. The food was great and the folks running the place were very accommodating. If you want to bring home food for a party this is the place to go.

Simply amazing.Flavor is great.Ans the portions are perfect.3 tacos $8.50Would definitely eat this again 1-2 times per week easily.
