Maye's Grill Express Mexican Food

This spot in Franklin has been a lot of things - an eye doctor's office, a BBQ joint, a Mexican restaurant and now, another Mexican restaurant. But let's hope Maye's has the formula that works because this is definitely going to be a great go-to lunch spot! Everything is made fresh and in house and has that Chipotle or Qdoba style where you pick what you want in a burrito, bowl or there are a few order off the menu items too. There is limited seating inside or you can easily take it to go like I did! I really enjoyed the flavors - much more fresh than a chain restaurant and there were some spicier options to choose from too. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I think they could tell it was my first time in there so they made sure to explain how everything worked and even offered to give me a menu to go. Be sure to make this a regular lunch or late night food stop. They're open way later than anyone else in the area!

Delicious! My husband and I went for a late lunch, and it hit the spot. My husband got a torta with chorizo, jalapeño, and all kinds of fresh ingredients. I had an amazing chimichanga with queso and guac. This location also serves a variety of Jarritos beverages and Mexican Coca-Cola. Middle of the road pricing, and the ground beef is a little salty, but paired with the queso it hits the spot! If you get guac, there's an additional charge, but it's worth it! Since this location is on a busy street corner, at peak times it may be hard to find parking, but you can park a little way away and walk.

This place is fabulous! Delicious, fast, fresh made in front of you. Great for a 2am bite that has flavor. Staff is great and fast.

So happy there's a place like this in Franklin! The blend of fast casual counter service with more traditional Mexican food ingredients was a nice combo. I ordered the burrito bowl with chicken and quite a few toppings and really enjoyed the flavor. The staff was super friendly and I'm excited to make this a lunchtime staple.

Quick, easy, great food. I got the nachos and they were served with way more than one serving. Large portions, quality ingredients and such good horchata! Other member of my party got a burrito and it was HUGE! Plenty of food for the price. Also the service was great. We will gladly come back whether we need a quick meal, a meal to go or a great go to place for Mexican food.

The service is always good and the food is fresh. My go to order is the super burrito that is loaded with all toppings. Usually they have a hard time closing it lol. Highly recommend

Good food! Quickly delivered. Only thing that is kinda expensive is the $5 delivery fee. Ordered 2 kids meals, and arroz con pollo.. and we were able to add what we wanted! Delicious will order again. Very affordable too.
