Mason Bowl

For my sons 11th birthday we visited Mason's Bowl. As you can see my family had an excellent time.

We came here on a Monday after an anniversary dinner just to have some fun and laugh. We checked the website to make sure they were open and for info on the place. It was outdated and still had Winter hours.Anyways, we decided to go there and placed a drink order. I think it was $4 or something. After we got the drinks I asked if we paid at the same time for bowling and he THEN informed me (after asking "you're with the league right?" And me saying "...no?) It was league night and we couldnt play until 10pm. I tried to cash out and he said theres a $10 minimum.... really??? You just informed me we couldnt even bowl. Make an exception.Anyways luckily my girlfriend had cash. We paid and then left. It would have been nice to have a sign on the door, an updated website, or atleast a notice letting us know it's a league night before we drove 20+ mins.Gave 2* just because the parking lot seems ample and the place seemed like it could be fun.P.s. we typically dont bowl often so if this was a mistake on my part, as in all ally's have league after 6, I'll gladly remove the review.

Check their hours and call before you go. I say this to make sure you aren't let down when there could be league bowl and not open bowl since they do both. Great prices, and their summer hours are perfect for taking the kids to go bowl before lunchtime! The staff was really nice and everything was clean and tidy. I also love their score screens that are super easy to navigate and customize.

We had fun on Friday afternoon bowling just one game. No real issues as far as glitches in scoring, but the ball return let a ball come out on another lane, pretty odd. And not in that lanes ball return, literally came toward the bowlers in the center of the lane. Not sure when we'd be back, but I wouldn't be against it. The scoring was very high tech on iPads with interactive options.The place is surprisingly pretty small, maybe 10 lanes. Just expected double given how big Mason is and it being the only alley I know of close by. The service was fine, we didn't eat or drink, buying shoes and one game for 5 people was steep at $35 though. Fine enough for an hour of entertainment, but budgets don't allow that often!

The place is nice.... farily rude employees. I was shocked that they wouldn't let my 75 year old grandmother use bumpers with my 2 young kids... come on....

Went for early morning open bowl. Paid $6 per person per game. It was clean and updated.

Overall I had a good time. The place smelled of smoke and it was very hot inside. The lanes were great and the staff was so kind!! I had a great time and would really recommend this!

Excellent lane conditions, friendly staff, and great food make Mason Bowl my favorite bowling center in the area.

Clean, bathrooms updated and staff was pleasant. Family friendly for open bowl n Sundays which was really nice.

They are super rude here and seem not to want business. Gave me and my party a snotty attitude when we bought bowling for 13 people, acting like we were putting them out. Go anywhere else but here.
